When I went to famer boys I was rudely disrespected by a lady named Illia and she was giving attitude to me and in front of my kids too raising her voice at me for such a dumb reason.When all I told her was that I was given the wrong order! 0/10. The other workers there were very understanding though and apologetic and were able to help me out. But that Lilia lady was SO RUDE

Came in today and was served by Lilia. She was short w glasses. She was rlly rude to me while taking my order and did not repeat my order back before sending through my food which resulted in my whole order being wrong. Could barely understand her and when I asked her to repeat my order she sighed very exaggerated and did not repeat it back. Worst experience I’ve ever had at farmer boys , she should not working with customers if she’s going to be so rude and disrespectful 0/10 stars

Drive thru takes forever! They take your order then have you park in the front and wait till they have your food and the food ready for the next person so they don't have to walk out multiple times, so if you are in the front you food is not as fresh as it could be. Very upsetting, I used to love the breakfast

In the past, I have had issues with customer service in this location by the people taking orders. Issues with condiments, the order, rewards, etc. but today was different. I made a phone order and came in the store, spoke to a very nice young lady by the name of Feliciana! She very friendly, inviting and she made you want to visit that restaurant location again! No fighting about condiments and all the things that you would be missing once you got home to eat your meal! FARMER BOYS, take note of your employee shining with outstanding customer service!!!!
