Firehouse Subs Hesperia Marketplace on Main

Good sandwiches and worth a visit.
This location is rarely busy in the morning, which helps with my schedule.
However, they do sometimes make errors or won’t have certain ingredients.

The app won’t tell you when they don’t have ingredients.
I also had an issue with the service.

I made an online pickup order for the 7th, making me the first customer of the day. I claimed my loyalty points for a large sub, and they gave me a medium instead. I contacted customer service and had no resolution to the error. No refund or giving me back my points.

I enjoy Firehouse, but I will now consider going somewhere else. Loyalty means nothing if they don’t respect their own system.

If I do go back, I will inspect the bag before I walk out the door. I tend to trust the employees when I do a pickup order. But now I have to reconsider.

Stopped in tonight on our way back from Las Vegas. The food was very good (italian sandwich was better than the firehouse). The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. There was a man in there before us with autism and they were extra patient with him - which was really refreshing and encouraging.

Consistently great subs, we stop in regularly for lunch while doing our weekly groceries and theyve never disappointed.

Sitting here 20 minutes later, with 2 other tables only, and still waiting on our food. The 2 guys working have already had 4 complaints. 2 from the other tables, and 2 from walk in customers. Their order have been completely wrong, and we're STILL WAITING to see if ours will be ok lol

Glad to have the opportunity to try the Thanksgiving sub, but next time I’ll stick to their delicious ham and turkey subs. Thanks for giving offers in the reward program.

Went a few weeks ago when the GM was in. The workers are always excellent and super helpful, but the GM could always lower their voice and not shout at customers something they said out loud they already know. It’s a sandwich shop, no need to be disrespectful.

Subs were loaded with mayo almost to the point of bread being soggy.

Drove 22miles got here in hesperia at 810pm they are closed. Hey firehouse change your hours on google

Went for lunch, ordered a hook and ladder and had to wait over 45 minutes, my lunch time was over by the time my food was ready, the place was empty not busy at all, they need to hire more efficient people, how hard is it to make a sandwhich??..
