We have gotten the carne asada plate on more than one occasion from the Fries Galore mobile food truck. The employees are very friendly but the carne asada fries are not nearly as good as what we get from other restaurants. The fries are way too crispy for our taste, and there isn’t nearly as much of the toppings (sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.) as we’d like. The whole thing is a bit dry and kind’ve tasteless. They are overpriced, too. AND they charge a whole extra $1.00 just to pay with a card or ApplePay. What’s up with that??

I got the Chili Verde and carne asada fries, definitely hit the spot. Chili Verde had a perfect amount of spiciness. Carne asada was perfectly cooked with actual carne asada (not filler meat).

Amazing flavor, portions, combination, and variety ? ♥️. This is a mobile food truck ? that goes to most events in the high desert ?. They have never let us down, great family ? run business ? ?.

Bite the bullet and ordered it thru doordash instead of going in person like I've done previously. I would highly recommend this to anyone that loves fries!

Expertly prepared and scrumptious at every bite the Chile Verde fries from Fries Galore sent my taste buds on a trip to Mars.I followed Fries Galore for quite some time before I was brave enough to try this brazen attempt at Mexican American fried fusion and I totally regret waiting at all. I can't wait to try the Elote Fries and the Carne Asada Fries.I'll be following these guys til my cardiologist begs me to stop.

Great food! I tried the pepperoni pizza and Korean BBQ fries and I recommend to try both 10/10 in flavor and quality. Will be back for more!
