We have gotten the carne asada plate on more than one occasion from the Fries Galore mobile food truck. The employees are very friendly but the carne asada fries are not nearly as good as what we get from other restaurants. The fries are way too crispy for our taste, and there isn’t nearly as much of the toppings (sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.) as we’d like. The whole thing is a bit dry and kind’ve tasteless. They are overpriced, too. AND they charge a whole extra $1.00...
