First it able dinner it was good. However I ordered Mofongo with shrimp and I was very disappointed it , because the ingredients in the mofongo were completely wrong. I am Puerto Rican and for me your Mofongo didn’t have the right flavor. Use the correct ingredient which is Plaintain, garlic, chicharrón and oil.

Huge portions of food and an amazing selection of dishes. My kiddos love getting the cubanos with banana chips and a pineapple soda. I have come in many times and still only had maybe a fraction of the menu. There are so many items to choose from. Great atmosphere for dine in and family meals.

This is one of my family’s favorite restaurants by far and easily one of the best in the HD. The service is always prompt, polite and courteous. The Sunday brunch has a huge selection of delicious items all cooked freshly and at a very very reasonable $20 only! I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I ordered the popular Arroz Frito Cubano Especial And it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the facility was very clean. And since I’m a coffee drinker, I wanted to try out the Cuban express and it was Really good. I also tried one of their smoothies, and it was the best I’ve ever had.

This is my family's main spot to go out and eat. Being Puerto Rican this is the closest place I can go to for Caribbean food. They make amazing Lechon and Roja Vieja.
They are a little slower compared to most restaurants but I'm ok with it since Im there chit chatting anyways. We recommend everyone to go there.

I lived in Cuba many years ago and this is the real thing. Authentic. Wonderful memories of Atabey, Jibacoa and Varadero every time I have dinner here. Music adds a really nice atmosphere and friendly staff too. Highly recommend Havanazucar. Sabor!

They still have some of the best food in the high desert. I love this hidden gem of ours. We recently visited the restaurant on a Saturday evening thinking it closed at 930 (based on the Google hours that said confirmed 4 weeks ago). We arrived at 7:15 only to find out they close at 8:00pm! But they were so welcoming, they invited us in anyway and were happy to serve us despite having obviously just finished cleaning for the night and no other customers in the place. Food was still great and they kept telling our party of four to take our time and not feel rushed. Thank you to their staff!

Kid-friendliness: We had our two kids (11 and 13) and as kids go, they were unsure of what wanted to order but they were very patient and kept telling the kids not to rush

Im confused how this place has a 4.8 star rating? I went based on the reviews and i was disappointed. The food is mediocre and its served in a bowl like dish filled with butter/grease ??. Expensive too. Two entrees for two people was close to 50$. Will never go back.
