Went through the drive thru . Had to repeat everything on my order at least 3 times . 3 sourdough jacks ... 1 w/ pickle . 2 kids means and a jumbo jack . Took over 5 mins to order . Get our order has only 3 sandwiches. Go back through ... Oh they only have 2 sourdough . Pay for another one ... Get home and the first 2 have a handful of onion and no bacon . And a half a pickle . This is absolutely rediculous. Will not be going back .

You were rude and nasty to my young daughter today, next time “you pay better attention” at how you treat paying customers and on finding a job that won’t make you miserable so you won’t take your anger and frustration onto others, specially young ones.

I had a mobile order and still had to wait a half an hour in line with only one person in front of me instead of making the lady go park and wait for her large order they make all of us in line wait.. not only that the lady in the drive-thru window was extremely rude practically through the food at me.. 1:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon October 15th

So I go into the Jack in the box today..... And I want to get me a double jumbo Jack with cheese. I noticed right away the places of mess Dusty's counters and trash on the floor but whatever right? So I ordered my double jumbo Jack she asked me do you want cheese yes I want cheese thank you I paid $9 for it and some change. And I wait like 10 minutes... Finally she gives me my bag and I drive home. I wait like 5 minutes and then I opened it up and I bust open the wrapper and here's a double jumbo Jack with no cheese and it's a protein Burger there's no bun just wrapped in lettuce I'm like what in the hell is going on here? How hard is it

Horrible, you have to pay over $30 something dollars for 2 meals. Super cold old fries. The burger looked like somebody sat on it and it's like dry, freeze, cold, the drink tastes like some. Type of medication, the meat is old. Look like it's been sitting under the he. At lamp, dried out super nasty, threw what jack in the box it's horrible PERIOD

I want to give a huge shoutout to Brittany, who works the night shift at Jack in the Box. Every time I visit, she’s absolutely awesome—always courteous, friendly, and incredibly patient, even when dealing with customers who clearly test anyone's limits.

She consistently keeps a positive attitude and a genuine smile on her face, even in the face of unruly or difficult guests. That kind of professionalism, especially during late shifts, is rare and deserves to be recognized.

Brittany truly stands out for her customer service skills and composure. I sincerely hope management considers promoting her to a shift leader or management role—she’s more than earned it.
