I don't know what's going on at this location it's been months the drive thru is getting worst and worst it took 45mins to get to the ordering screen there was only 2 cars in front they then put you on hold to order for 10 mins then wait another 15 min to move just one car at a time at the paying window I wasn't about to wait any longer I left with out paying went some where else won't be returning to this location

seriously don’t know how you mess up jack in the box, dryest, nastiest burger i’ve ever attempted to eat. potato wedges had about 5 in the box, all undercooked and soggy. always loved jack in the box, never ever had an experience as awful as this. never returning to this establishment, workers paid $20 for this. i’ve managed fast food for years and i have never been so disappointed in a store
Upon receiving my food I politely asked for ranch for my tacos an was denied unless I paid $1 extra an I asked "why" I was told "because my tacos don't come with ranch only taco sauce " how dare they say what sauce I should have with my food an try to tax me if I desire other wise ..I wonder why 'Del Taco' was awarded 'Best Fast food Service
