This is for the owners of this jack in box. Your night shift is something to be desired. First either hire more people or teach your employees how to listen to people's orders and not be in such a rush. You charge for extra sauce which is fine but when you ask for it during the order charge me then . Rushed at the window handed bags told it's all in there . We'll guess what it wasn't no extra sauce and recived fries not curly fires like we ordered. So why use the drive thru when I then have to walk in and get the order corrected. This is not the first time with this group of night ladies. Sad that people raised min wage so high I'd take a bunch of teenagers working than grumpy old ladies that hate their job.

They don't know how to make their menu,and way to expensive for them to mess up the food, that you now have to eat it. 😒 The Cherry on top they are right off the 15 freeway. Poor people are not even aware of what they are getting into. tsk tsk

Jack in the Box being a fast food place has decent variety of food. I generally order their Garden grilled chicken salad. I bring it home add to it like avocado, cottage cheese, whatever I have instock and like. End up with two days of great salad. Their Chicken Ranch sandwich and nuggets are also tasty.

Worst service and food! Fries cold tacos were old! Asked for my burger with out pickles and they put pickles stacked high! Lady at register not even paying attencion to customers waiting in line to order!

I wish I could have rated it 5 stars like I rated the food on that visit. It was about 5:30 election day. I was going to work at my assigned polling location. It's a long day, 6am to around 9pm. We needed to stay on site, so you need to bring your food. I stopped at Jack to get breakfast and food for lunch and dinner. The food was great. Service at the drive-through window was bad. I don't think I ordered terrible additive. But I didn't receive my receipt, no napkins. I guess I forgot to ask for ketchup for the hash browns. I'm not sure if I paid for the second hash brown, but I got one that I didn't order. But I don't know. I have no receipt to check. We'll at least the food was good. If you don't like your job, try to stay away from customer service.
