The lady who took my order named Desiree would not let me add to my order. Very rude unprofessional. There was no cars behind me in the drive through. Worst customer service ever. Have me wait for my food in the front at 2:30 in the morning. And the food was cold. Don't recommend this place. Call. Ing corporate in the morning.

I asked for a plain cheese burger with JUST cheese&meat and I told them twice..it has pickles and ketchup. I am allergic to pickles, they’re lucky I’m not that allergic, but don’t come here they don’t know how to listen. Lucky I stopped right before I ate the pickle and died.

This happened at 1:20 am. Night shift. My husband went to this specific location and the person taking the order messed up and put chicken sandwhich instead of 2 tacos. Idk how you get that messed up but this isn't the first time this location has messed up my order or my husband's. So he goes back and says they messed it up but then he has to pay for the chicken sandwich he didnt order and the tacos that he did order because they don't care about their costumers only that they don't get the fault for their mistakes.
Ordered a 7 piece jalapenos poppers and hot chicken nuggets. Called multiple times w zero answer. Also ordered a cheese burger with sourdough bread and they missed the bread and gave bun.
