Very disappointed with jersey Mike's today. The bread they gave me for my sandwich seems like it's from yesterday, it's so stale. Barely any meat on the sub and I paid $17 for this crap. Should have went to Subway. Update: bread isn't stale this time, little to no meat on my sub might as well have been a baguette. Way too much mustard was applied and that's all I taste. Also left jalapeño stems in it.

I love jersey mikes never had an issue, until today. Young lady didnt ask us if there was anything else and started asking next guests their orders when we were gonna order two subs not just one. Then they didnt confirm after finishing the first sub, and the first young lady starts to tell us for future reference to let her know we were gonna order 2 subs next time when she didnt even confirm with us, she just moved on as she was making our first sub. She needs to be trained to be asking and confirming first with her first guests before moving on and assuming we r done ordering. If it werent for quality of food i would rate this place lower. Never had an issue before and im upset she told us that when she didnt bother to ensure our order was done before moving on. Dissappointed in service. Didnt even want to eat there anymore honestly

I've been to this Jersey Mike several times and have never had an issue until today. Just came in around 8:35, knowing that they close at 9:00, but thinking I can still get a sandwich. I go in and order my usual number seven on the Rosemary Parm bread, and the guy even repeated back to me, "Rosemary parmesan," and I said yes. He then proceeds to grab a white bread covering his hand over it, I'm guess he's thinking I wouldn't notice? And while I technically should have said something, if I'm going to complain about it, I didn't. I wasn't in the mood to argue, and it was close to closing time, so I wasn't going to deal with the hassle. But again, I've never had any other problems besides this. So the lesson learned is don't come in close to closing time, even if you're in and out quicker than my ex.

I don’t know if the guy with the dark hair and glasses had a bad batch of cheerios or if him having to do his job, (that he is lucky to have) is a problem but he is reallllly not nice and makes it uncomfortable to even order or sit and eat. The girl even noticed and started being nice. While we were eating, he was throwing and slamming things around and ripping paper towels off the roll all violently. It was actually crazy.
