I've been to this Jersey Mike several times and have never had an issue until today. Just came in around 8:35, knowing that they close at 9:00, but thinking I can still get a sandwich. I go in and order my usual number seven on the Rosemary Parm bread, and the guy even repeated back to me, "Rosemary parmesan," and I said yes. He then proceeds to grab a white bread covering his hand over it, I'm guess he's thinking I wouldn't notice? And while I technically should have said something, if I'm going to complain about it, I didn't. I wasn't in the mood to argue, and it was close to closing time, so I wasn't going to deal with the hassle. But again, I've never had any other problems besides this. So the lesson learned is don't come in close to closing time, even if you're in and out quicker than my ex.

I don’t know if the guy with the dark hair and glasses had a bad batch of cheerios or if him having to do his job, (that he is lucky to have) is a problem but he is reallllly not nice and makes it uncomfortable to even order or sit and eat. The girl even noticed and started being nice. While we were eating, he was throwing and slamming things around and ripping paper towels off the roll all violently. It was actually crazy.

What is all the craze? Overpriced submarines with a weird texture of lettuce I cannot--cannot-- stand! How do they make their lettuce that oddly crispy and squeaky at the same time on each bite? It's like a claw to chalkboard inside your mouth and ears. And then I just don't roll with all the hype. Very average. SubWay is much more affordable and they're tasty too--without the weird crunchy-squeaky texture of lettuce. But by all means go and spend extra for average subs. Some people love spending extra like people I know on Jersey's. I just personally don't see why it's any better than SubWay.

Upon entering Jersey Mike's at 2:30 on Saturday 9-16 One of the employees said hi and said I'll be right back I'm going to get my soda. There was no one else in the store at this time. When I ordered my many number eight the person cut approximately 1" off of the bread and threw it away. Not that big of a deal but I thought it was weird. The number 8 comes with bacon and as we got down to the bacon tray there was one full piece of bacon and a bunch of crumbs sitting in Grease. I pointed to the and asked the person making my sandwich "is this all the bacon you have?" He stated yes and I said I don't want to have bacon on my sandwich then and he said okay. I currently have just shy of 700 points at Jersey Mike and it's the second time this year that I've reached that amount. This was definitely not my expectation at any Jersey Mike's. I travel all around the country and eat at Jersey Mike's rather frequently. The sandwich I ate was good but the end of the bread was a little hard. Will definitely not be back to this location.

Well I love to eat here ...but this time I asked for the juice . And they said they could give it. I was bothered because I always get the same thing 14 yrs in a row. These robots can't think out the box . I was sooo disappointed I drove 1 hr and 18 minutes to the one in riverside....they did it right.Kid-friendliness: My son broght in a water cup from mc Donald's they did not mind and we're very nice to him. (7) yes old. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jersey Mikes seems to have changed their bread. Lately it's been hard and stale. Not the kind of product that attracted me to Jersey Mikes in the first place. I like soft fresh feeling bread.

I didn't get her name but this was my first time ever at Jersey Mike's and I will be my last the lady that was making my sandwich was extremely rude she didn't say two words to me she didn't smile in fact she made my sandwich incorrectly and made me feel like it was my fault she had a tattoo on her inner left forearm the customer service was just horrible I should have went to Subway.
