I've come into this location a few times while visiting Hesperia, and I can honestly say this location is very clean, the customer service is outstanding and Desiree (based off the receipt) has been very friendly and always made my smoothies very fast and well made! She always offers me something new based off my interests and asks if I have the app to make sure I get rewards! I love coming by whenever I come to visit

This is the BEST LOCATION HANDS DOWN! I live closer to Bear Valley location and I be 17 miles to this location because the service is A1 Elsia and Corine are the STARS at this location! They provide personal connection with a cherry on top! They remember the frequent customers and they way you like your drink! They go above and beyond! Very polite and make you feel so welcomed at this location! You're not just another smoothie !! There a big reason I continue this location. You've place your mobile order before you can say anything your drink is in the way to the counter! TO ITHER LOCATION'S THUS IS HOW YOU DO IT!!!!!IThe other IMPORTANT factor is it's SUPER CLEAN UNLIKE THAT DISGUSTING BEAR VALLEY LOCATION! They can use a less ion of what. Customer service and cleanliness looks like, I am so happy to see Elsia and Corine when I walk in to order because I KNOW MY ORDER WILL BE MADE CORRECTLY AND ACCORDING TO MY REQUEST! I have seen Juice It Up (JIU)! within the Target shopping center for the longest time. Just didn't think to check it out until yesterday.Ordered the medium Acai Berry Smoothie (acai, strawberry, blueberry, strawberry juice, guarana) which was fantastic. I would order it again. It is currently limited time only (LTO). Hopefully, it stays on the menu permanently. Also got the medium Energizer which is a mix of veggies (cucumber, spinach, ginger) and fruits (pineapple, red grapes, apple)... I think the ginger may have overpowered the drink a little bit IMHO... otherwise, it would have been a better drink.Staff was okay... not the most smiley. Shop was clean. They also sell bowls (with goodies in them of course), snacks such as cookies, chips, and more. They have 3 different drink sizes... about $2+ difference between each sizes. Small is very tiny IMHO. Get medium or large for better value. Prices have definitely gone up. Well, you either pay someone to juice for you and you don't have to clean up or you buy the fruits and veggies and juice for yourself and you do the clean up. Former or latter... you choose. Nevertheless, fruits and veggies aren't cheap nowadays!I would definitely be back for more Acai Berry Smoothie before they remove it from the menu. See you here or at another JIU! Let's get juicing!

I used to like ordering here consistently, but literally the last three times I've went, I usually wait 5 or more minutes longer on my order while everyone else's gets processed faster with even more items. I usually wait because I don't think it should be necessary for me to have to complain. Once the order was placed and never called out and I had to wait for literally 20 minutes for a single bowl and it wasn't until I checked the counter carefully that my order was actually done long ago. Why am I upset about this? Well.... I was standing there for literally 20 minutes in the store and they didn't mention a thing...so...yea, customer service could be just a tad better ?
This is the best juice it up, i’ve tried all the locations and this one never failed me. The workers are amazing and the smoothies and smoothie bowls are thick and flavorful. i don’t mind them taking my money because it’s worth it

Ordered an ever green and dazzle dazzle and they both tasted like they were made up of 90% sugar. At $7 for a drink you would expect it to at least have noticeable amounts of fruits rather than sugar syrup.

Service was pretty good but just like the one in Victorville they are allowed to play such Volgar music Mother Fing this Mother Fing that. We don’t go to the one in Victorville because of the same reason. The worker said well there are a lot of different types of music. Why can’t these people understand what you listens to in your own car may not be appropriate for a six year old or the general public. Why can’t more business have the standards like In N Out or Chick Filet look at the business they do. Looks like I might just have to get Menchies next time they have more class.
