Sadly this place has really gone down hill with the quality of food and the service. I ordered a chicken strip meal and the strips were soggy and not completely cooked and the gravy with the mash potato side tasted weird and old. The service at the drive-thru was also questionable and seemed very dull and uninviting.

It's Saturday 10:15 am & they won't unlock the doors people wre waiting outside pulling on the doors & the staff walks out the back to jump in their cars to take a break, not one of them would tell us they weren't opening the doors today I had to call in so the girl could tell me they aren't opening the doors, to go thru the drive thru but our oversized truck doesn't fit thru the drive through so we were out there waiting for nothing, you guys suck.

Got to KFC drive thru at 9:00 and the girl told us, “just so you know we are almost closed so we are low on our menu items.. We are out of nuggets.. out of chicken.. I can drop fries for you because they only take like 3 minutes but yeah we don’t have anything” So we asked if we could wait for some fresh nuggets and she said “No because other people are waiting” .. apparently they stop serving food a half hour before they close… so irritating
