Service was fine but the actual product was not good at all. $9 for a medium rapsado and the flavor was pure syrup and artificial. I threw it away. & why did the lid not have a hole for the straw? I had to literally cut it open with a knife. Disappointed for sure.

Very bad service, Brenda served me and omg terrible attitude, she didn't even let me put in my number to get my points, she didn't even give me cutlery for my order, without a doubt I won't be coming back here?

First time coming to this La Michoacana & first thing I have to say is "what a great place to come & enjoy some dessert". The atmosphere feels nice. Good service, I was greeted by a nice worker named Alejandra who took my order. I got a banana split & it was very delicious. Definitely will be coming here more often.

Food was ok but service was bad. Saturday night 8:20pm the young lady working seemed overwhelmed and annoyed at the customers she kept rolling her eyes every time a customer would walk in door.

I sent my sobrina inside to get me 2 scoops of water based icecream of guayaba and fresa and she comes out with a cup of a scoop of guayaba and lemonade, i called because it looked disgusting if she can go back and refund it because i didnt want to loose out on money for getting that digusting drink and having to buy a double scoop and they told me it was a mix up that i was an agua flotante and i couldnt get my money back, i didnt want to trade that for the ice cream because idk what the price difference was.. very upset
