I have been getting pizza for my family from this place for a long time. Never once getting pizza from anywhere else because our family loves it. However, this last time was the worst experience I’ve ever had with them. I understand sometimes things get busy and pizza may not always get here on time, which has happened. Unfortunately, this time it took them TWO HOURS to deliver our pizza. All they had to tell me was that they would get our pizza to us in 7 minutes. It was cold and very unappetizing once we received it. Never again will I be buying from this place again.

I gave two stars because their Pizza is tasty but they frequently have issues getting the order correct. Tonight I ordered and came to pick it up 5 minutes later that what they said and they had lost the order. They had it in the register but the pizza makers didn't know about it. I'm sending this as they make my two pizzas. My have to go back to Pizza Hut.

We love Marcos pizzas, and I've done the pick-up (curbside) the 2 times, which was this last Saturday. Sadly, this time, no one came out, even though it said my pizza was ready. I had to go inside to get my food and to make things worse, my food was cold. Plus, Marco's isn't cheap, and the delivered fees are high. I wish they had better deals for larger families.

Though on the pricier side, Marco's is a place that I always recommend to people looking to indulge in something a little heftier than most known chains. I only ever order online for pick-up, but the employees are always nice. The shop is smaller, but there are a few tables if dining in is preferred. There is plenty of parking as it is located in the same plaza as Aldi. The pizza here is delicious! The crust is thick and flavorful (I highly recommend the garlic topping). The star of the show is the Pepperoni Magnifico with the old world pepperoni. Totally worth the splurge. The chicken wings are no Wing Stop, but they are surprisingly tasty. Definitely try Marco's if you're looking to spend a little extra!

Ordered three pizzas on app paying with credit card and delivery time was forty minutes according to app. Received pizzas hour and forty minutes later, cold and asked to pay for them. Called location to get billed sorted and after being on hold for twenty minutes hung up. Unfortunately the only way the website wants you to voice your complaints is to call the store you bought your pizza from and of course they don’t answer. Very unfortunate, I have been ordering pizza there since they opened and now I will have to find a place.

I called and spoke to a gentleman who was able to quickly help me with ordering a pizza and wing special. I asked if I can call back and he agreed. When I called back a younger woman answered the phone and refused to assist me with finding the special claiming I had to order first and transferred me to someone else in the middle on talking..I got transferred to the shift lead Ariana who listened to my concern and said her GM won't be back for another hour and asked if I wanted to place an order. I said ok that's fine, can you find the special the gentleman informed me of & she was unable to find it and after I politely requested the gentleman who assisted me before she hung up on me. I was never rude or disrespectful to either one of the associates so l'm not understanding the disconnect but I do not appreciate the Customer service or reactions I got from either of these associates and I wish I would've placed my order with the gentleman before. As a shift lead Ariana definitely needs coaching on deescalations as her response was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and left a bad impression.
Horrible. I ordered a pizza online and received a confirmation and promise time. After an hour, I called the store to see where my order was. The employee who answered said, "well, we're really busy but its on its way, so I hope you have a good night" and hung up. Wow, that's customer service. The delivery driver wasnt any better as he said, "well it is Saturday night." Pizza was cold and apparently they don't care about customer appreciation, retaining current customers or growing there business. This was an example of how not to run a business. Definitely go elsewhere for pizza and that includes the grocery store.

First time ordering from this place waited for my delivery for over 1 hour from promised time never arrived so I called the store to check up on it . Some rude kid answer and said my order was still there because they had no drivers smh. So I told him to cancel my order and he said ok and just hung up on me.
