Well, my party and I was seated and I guess the waitress forgot we exist. We had to flag her down eventually to even get the first order of drinks ? then it took another 18 minutes to even get the drinks. I can tell you this was my first time and last time coming here. Food was ok! Prices are on the hide side and there was no spice to my food which I requested a spicy sauce but was not delivered… we were sharing food and we were not brought any plates to serve our food… we had to ask for them and a few needed items… I would recommend Mariscos El Chaka over el Kaliman 100%

Keep your receipt and check your bank account! I placed a take out order last week and the total was $81 and some change. I didn’t tip since it was a take out order. When checking my bank account I was charged $86.88. They decided to tip themselves $5! Unfortunately I don’t have my receipt anymore to fight it.

We came in today for the first time. Overall food was great but service was just not satisfactory. Our waitress was very nice, but just not attentive enough. She accidentally brought an extra drink for us (that was whatever, we didn't get charged for it) but then our food took FOREVER and it came at different times. The kid's food came out first, then a fish taco (which came wrong, we asked for it plain) then two sushi rolls came out and the waitress didn't leave forks so we couldn't even start eating. Then another roll came out and we asked her about my Guamuchilito roll (they forgot it) and she quickly came out with another roll which wasn't the correct one I ordered but at this point I'm so hungry I decided to eat it. Overall, I got frustrated with the service but food was good. Also, this place is a bit on the pricy side (In my opinion).
