I had them for over 6 years but lately they started to up charge for everything I don’t mind but when you start getting trash inside our new water can not cool and my last delivery I had a whole tree branch inside that’s when I said it’s enough I called them didn’t even get an apology or nothing glad I went with somebody else

Rolando, my driver is wonderful! He is kind, courteous and always on time! I have been with this company for over 20 years. (formerly Glacier Pure) Pure, clean drinking water is a top priority for me! I have NEVER received a bottle that was poor quality. Service is great, water is amazing. Highly recommend this company!

I must express my gratitude for our delivery driver Darien.
This past Monday the 19th, I was informed that both of my warehouse locations were out of water (120 bottles)
I called in the morning and the young lady that I spoke with, informed me that Darien had a late/rough start to his day and for whatever reason they could not get a hold of him.
No less than a couple of hours later, he shows up. You could tell by the way he looked that it had been a tough Monday already.
Yet, he did not complain about “OUR” lack of planning / inventory control of our bottles. This young man dropped off everything he had on his truck between both of my warehouses taking care of his customer like a true professional.

Honest, Pure and Super Clean; Delicious to say the least. I go to physical therapy and this is the water they have provided for their patients. It's the first thing I go for when I get there and the last thing i go for when I'm about to leave and what not. Much better than sparklets, but that's just my personal opinion. Only time I get a smart water is only to reuse the bottle to fill it up with (Purerite) Masters Water.

Received dirty water and this was very evident when I poured it into a clean glass cup. It was a dark light in color... yuck. I called to complain about this and was met by a very rude condescending man that kept raising his voice trying to talk over me on the phone. The driver that brought this dirty water was actually very pragmatic and nice to me though which is why I was quite surprised to receive such rude customer service when I called to get help. From now on, I'm sticking to store bought bottled water instead.

We love working with Master's at work (Trinity). Our Driver is Justin and he is awesome. He is very accommodating and is always a welcomed vendor for us. He very patient with our occasional confusion, LOL, and is always good some football talk too!

Driver is Victor A. He’s been delivering my drinking water when the company was called Glacier Pure drinking water. Been a customers for ever and I wouldn’t change because Victor A is personable, knowledgeable, Helpful and will go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy the customer. I appreciate Victor A. for his hard work and dedication to master coffee and water services a company that cares about customer service and great drinking water, You can’t find it anywhere except for this Company. They are the best with great custom service as well, And Victor A. the best of the best, hands-down.

We have had a new guy for 3 mo now, his name is Tucker, we are so greatful to have such a kind , polite and friendly person that goes out of his way to bring us water, even if we run out, he always gives great service with a big smile, alwaysask's if we need anything else

Hands down an awesome company. I've been with them about six months and they've been friendly, communicative, and accommodating. When I was unavailable for my scheduled delivery, my driver Victor made an unscheduled trip on a Saturday. It's not easy finding companies we can trust. This one is a great find.

Victor is our water delivery guy and he went above and beyond! He came in his own car to pick up a massive amount of empties we had. We were super thankful that he did that for us!
