The office I work for uses Masters coffee and water service. I decided to use them for my home as well. We have the same delivery person, Vittorio. He is always helpful, on time and respectful. I have had a few cooler issues and he has been diligent in getting me a replacement quickly. Our visitors always love our water.

Bad water. Bad costumer service. Beware of this place

EDIT: To the owner, this is not a fake review and just my experience with dealing with you. The only fake reviews on here are the 5 stars ones you and your team makes. You have horrible attitude and your water taste bad.

I feel so fortunate to have water delivered right to my front door. The water taste great also. Our driver is Victor Rivas , so friendly and professional. I have been a customer for more than five years

I’ve had masters water for several years now and I’ve had the same driver the entire time. Doug is the epitome of kindness and professionalism. He delivers both to my home and my place of employment and he always has a smile on his face!!

I have had Masters for several years. Always have excellent service, good clean water. I would say they have always gone above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

I had them for over 6 years but lately they started to up charge for everything I don’t mind but when you start getting trash inside our new water can not cool and my last delivery I had a whole tree branch inside that’s when I said it’s enough I called them didn’t even get an apology or nothing glad I went with somebody else

Rolando Gaza is our delivery guy and he is very polite and friendly. It’s always a pleasure when speaking to him.
