The staff at this one are the most incompetent set of staff i have ever encountered. Left in curbside 20+ mins while the drive thru cleared twice.
Walked in and low and behold my order is just sitting there, when I asked they said it was waiting on more food but proceeded to hand it to me. How was it waiting if he just handed it over... i don't like the feeling of being lied to.

I agree with some of the reviews. The service here is bad. I’m an older gentleman. I simply asked to be helped at the counter. There was no way I even advised them. I do not like the kiosk. I want customer service well I guess that’s out the door now cause you’re trying to be cheap and not paying nobody. I recommend not to come to McDonald’s. It’s a bad experience and I’m gonna tell him my senior citizen friends not to come and they’re connected to businesses and I will make sure that everyone hears about

Do not go in to order. They do not service in store guests. Only can order by kiosk and no cash!? Please get your stuff together. Drive through or curbside will get you a human interaction. Horrible service. They need to stop hiring a bunch of kids than can't perform their job duties. Sad state they let their service come to. Do better smh.

Only gave the 1 star due to needing to post this review, night shift management is unproffesional as can be, i ordered a curbside pickup order at 849pm on the 19th, due to the lobby being closed at 8pm and i am on foot(walked about 4 blocks to McDonald's), i arrived no later than 5 mins after 9pm, no where in the app did it say i only had until 9pm to pick my meal up, i was charged for the order($14.02 out of the 15 i had to my name) as i was passing the dumpster area in front of the store, i pulled out my phone and hit the "check in" button, but the app just went back to the main page(opening screen) i figuered it had worked but didnt give me the option to provide which pickup spot i was in... i just waited outside until a employee finally walked out and i asked her about my order and, long story short, i finally talked to a manager who nasically said i was shit out of luck, and it was my fault o didnt het my order, as well as that they stop doing curbside orders at 9pm... i asked if she could just go in and get my order for me but was told no, come back tomorrow if i wasnt happy with the outcome, and that i wouldnt be charged, which i believed because the payment was still pending, however it cleared today... i called corporate on the 20th and they said the store management would contact me that day, its currently the 22nd and still nothing from them!

This McDonald’s location is disgusting. I watched the worker hold the cup with her fingers inside the rim dip the cup into the ice machine with her hand no glove and fill it with soda. They need serious training on sanitation and cleanliness. This particular location is always filthy and the workers are rude no eye contact have no clue how to communicate.
