Only gave the 1 star due to needing to post this review, night shift management is unproffesional as can be, i ordered a curbside pickup order at 849pm on the 19th, due to the lobby being closed at 8pm and i am on foot(walked about 4 blocks to McDonald's), i arrived no later than 5 mins after 9pm, no where in the app did it say i only had until 9pm to pick my meal up, i was charged for the order($14.02 out of the 15 i had to my name) as i was passing the dumpster area in front of the store, i pulled out my phone and hit the "check in" button, but the app just went back to the main page(opening screen) i figuered it had worked but didnt give me the option to provide which pickup spot i was in... i just waited outside until a employee finally walked out and i asked her about my order and, long story short, i finally talked to a manager who nasically said i was shit out of luck, and it was my fault o didnt het my order, as well as that they stop doing curbside orders at 9pm... i asked if she could just go in and get my order for me but was told no, come back tomorrow if i wasnt happy with the outcome, and that i wouldnt be charged, which i believed because the payment was still pending, however it cleared today... i called corporate on the 20th and they said the store management would contact me that day, its currently the 22nd and still nothing from them!

This McDonald’s location is disgusting. I watched the worker hold the cup with her fingers inside the rim dip the cup into the ice machine with her hand no glove and fill it with soda. They need serious training on sanitation and cleanliness. This particular location is always filthy and the workers are rude no eye contact have no clue how to communicate.

I arrived at 11:13pm to bring home food to my family. I pulled up & no one answered. I waited a few minutes assuming they were busy but eventually honked my car horn. Still, nothing. I pulled up to the first window & there was a couple of guys staring at me as they walked by. Finally, one of them came up to the window & stated they were closed. I told them Google says 12am & he said “no, 11.” I let the other cars behind me know because there was a line behind me. Thanks on letting me save some money though I guess 👍

Hello good morning, this is the second time I complain about an order at the restaurant located at 14466 Main St Pad G, Hesperia, CA 92345. The reasons are that today we ordered breakfast before the breakfast hour was over and we were given the code to pick it up at the Drive-Thru and when my husband arrived, the person treated him very rudely, she told him that they were not going to give him his order because they had canceled it because the breakfast hour was past, my husband told her that we ordered before it was over and that we already had the code to pick it up. She was very rude, she told him no, that he could do whatever he wanted, but that breakfast time was already over and that he had to order something else, and she told my husband that it was after 11 and my husband told her I have like four cars in front of me, check the camera, I arrived before 11 and my order says it is ready. But she told him that she didn't care that they weren't going to give him anything and that he should leave or get in line again and order something else. That person's attitude is definitely very rude and very unprofessional. My husband asked to speak to the person in charge and she said that she was the manager, and he asked for her name and she didn't want to give her name, she told him that she was the manager and that’s it, and that she wasn't going to give him the order. Please pay attention to the comments that are given through this medium because it is useless to ask for reviews of the place when they do nothing to fix it. Thank you.
By the way Mcdonalds never answered my feedback and never refunded me the money on the order of January 18 and today’s order February second of 2025

I'm not lovin' it. This food was gross today. Here is my soggy uncooked fries in the picture. They were cold and I could tell they had not let them cook the full time they are supposed to. The fries should have been hot. We had sat in the drive thru without moving for a long time after we ordered. So if they are pumping out food then the food should be at least warm, right? Manager could not care less about our service tonight 1/26/25. Seems like this is the normal at this restaurant. McDonald's standards are not even close to followed here. If food is undercooked and cold it's not held at proper temperature and if it's not kept at proper temperature you can get sick. Go somewhere else with your money. The
