Hands down the best hidden spot for homemade authentic Mexican food. Hand made corn tortillas. Made fresh at order, friendly family staff. Cleanliness above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough.

Im working out here in Hesperia today tried out the asada burrito not only is the food quality but the burrito is huge , definitely recommend! And woman who took my order great customer service

Let me tell you about Mecres. First the address takes you to the back of their shop. We almost didn’t go in but we are so happy we did. The service was amazing, we were waiting for our food and it was taking a little longer and they brought us out a green chicken chili tamale to try, it was delicious. Then we got our food and it was all freshly made, hand made tortillas, fresh salsa, fresh jamaica juice. This meal filled our souls for our drive home. It was a meal my tita would have cooked me at home. Highly recommended and this will 100% be our food stop during our Vegas to LA trips from here forward!

This place is delicious I will be stopping here anytime im in the area. Got the birria taco plate fresh corn tortillas and the birria is the best I've ever had added a fried egg on top which put it over the top, rice and beans both really good too.. they dont have fountain drinks that i saw but they do have glass bottle cokes and some other cans and bottle drinks.

Amazing food and service! I asked for mild hot and it was exactly mild hot like I wanted. Delicious taste. Also very well made homestyle Guacamole. 5 star all around I recommend!

This is in a lot with other small businesses more of a trucking area.

Unisex bathroom and it was clean which was surprising for a truck stop restaurant.

We ordered:

Lime cucumber water
Asada burrito
2 shredded beef tacos dorados

Food was great! Very tasty it is on the pricier side.

Salsa was good, staff was very nice and friendly.

Clean restaurant with enough sitting, decent size servings.

Ordered the AL Pastor Nachos yesterday and they were super good!. Even the chips were high quality chips. Big portion enough to feed 2 people.
