Menchies's set itself apart from their competitivers by offering ingredients that were made in-house by Menchie's. Waffle cones are made fresh at the store. There is an immediate difference in quality; the yogurt texture is vastly creamier, and consistency is noticeable. All of the additional "fixins" are clearly labeled and accessible. The store is very clean and airy. The staff are both friendly and accommodating. This store offers a military veteran discount. Join their birthday club. Price point $$$ as valued against Baskin Robbins; it is on par and below.

Josh, the owner, has reached out to me and we communicated about the issue from my last visit. I truly believe the employee was having a bad day or something and I do not want to speak negatively on this establishment as a whole. Usually, we have very positive experiences at Menchie's and it is still a great spot for frozen yogurt. I want to update my review because that one day does not represent my entire perspective of this business.

1st time visiting this location, the product it’s great, but CS it’s just bad . When we entered, the service counter was empty then, a girl came out and she did not even greet us. I was looking out the cakes she was going inside again when I ask about cake prices . Not cool
