The extensive selection includes a full salad bar with cold seafood, five counter's worth of entrees, a sushi bar with a chef making rolls to order, teppanyaki, and four soups. Traditional buffet items like crab, mussels, teriyaki, chicken, beef broccoli, and steamed vegetables are available, alongside more unique offerings such as BBQ pork bun, steamed fish, octopus, and vinegar chicken paws. There is also a big dessert table with cream cakes, fruit, and ice cream.

The food is generally acceptable to very good, with some dishes being firmly recommended. The teppanyaki, featuring flanken ribs, has a strong flavour profile. The sushi is okay and above average for all you can eat, though not comparable to a handmade restaurant.
