We finally found a good boba place ! We were used to Tapioca Express down in Arcadia, CA and after trying different places up here we finally found this one that is very similar in taste and ambiance as that one .
Our all time favorites are: Taro smoothie
Jasmine Green Tea , and regular milk tea

Came here since I was visiting from out of state. The girls working on 8/13 morning shift were too busy to acknowledge us, since they were on their cellphone and admiring one of the girls nails. I even let them know we were ready and it took them a moment to turn and acknowledge us. The drink I got was not worth the money spent. I rather not return. You guys should work on customer service.

Best drinks in town. And great customer service
I’ve been here a couple of times, The drinks itself are really good but sometimes the boba is a hit and miss it’s either a good chewy consistency or it’s like really hard to chew with hardly any flavor. Another thing is every time I come here the workers don’t seem welcoming and seem annoyed to take my order , they’re just expressionless , lowkey feel judged.

So ive been here in the past and had better experiences but on NYE I went here and ordered the Taro milk tea with Boba at 25% sweetness, just like I have previously ordered.Well this time the drink tasted HORRIBLE, absolutely no taro flavor!Just a bitter tasting tea flavor, very off putting.The two girls working didn't even say hello when I walked in adding to the poor experience.Atmosphere is top notch, very nice layout inside with some cute decor.Overall just dissatisfied with the taro boba tea ??
