Family friendly lil hidden gem, highly recommend. I usually get the fried Oreos n freshly squeezed lemonade. If you get the pancakes I recommend to eat it their while there nice and warm. Always satisfying my cravings. During the holidays too they always decorate. My big backs been going their since it was called pancake plug the only con is they open late.

The food is nasty and the people are extremely rude please hire somebody that could actually help your guest if you want to succeed in business and maybe a better menu with more options and if you post something on your Instagram at least have it on the menu

The first time I went everything was delicious my kids loved it, the games, the customer service we received , the food, the second time it was a different cashier she’s young blonde & she was rude her face expressions said everything even talking about another customer that had walk out won’t be going back

My husband took me and the kids here for a sweet treat and I have to say. I had one of the best funnel cakes I’ve had in years. It was cooked to perfection. It wasn’t crowded, which was nice and it has a cute picture worthy atmosphere. You have an hour to chill and play games with your family but I would bring my own games next time because the games were a bit cruddy due to people eating the sticky food and touching the games. So there was a bit of an ick factor to it. They also could have paid more attention to wiping down the tables because it’s a desert spot that serves sugar treats, it understandably gets messy. I would also bring a thermos water bottle because we paid $2 bucks each for water bottles which I felt should be complimentary. But only the cups and ice are which is fine if you’re use to buying bottled water. All in all, it’s a great place and all of our food came out in a timely manner and was very tasty. We all left satisfied.

Second time visiting here. First time it was great, however today it was 3 young people (2 females and 1 male). Service took forever, however all other orders came out before mine. Female that took my order was on her phone as I was ordering then she proceeded to burp. After waiting for about 15 mins since ordering and no new people coming in I asked what was the ETA. Male responded that they were still working on it. Bathroom was very dirty and no good customer service. Unfortunately have no desire to return.
After waiting for 30 mins I asked for a refund to the male with a pierced tongue. He was polite and informed me that in fact the person who didn’t correctly take the order was the owner “Des”. 100% will not be returning to this business
