One of the better tasting ones!!! Which does not make sense to me because the recipes are all the same at each restaurant but these guys DO give smaller portions!! I guess that's what you pay for better taste? eight years later, what happened? vegetables actually look freezer burnt this time but they replaced it with another entrée... I thank you for tha!

I come here almost everyday. The food is always fresh and the employees always friendly. Today I had a weird experience where there was someone speaking on a PA system asking if the employees were ok? Which made me feel like they were profiling me, can’t be black and order food I guess 🤷🏾♂️ don’t think I’ll ever come back here now that I don’t feel welcome.

Small portions
Drive through takes forever because the girl working it can't multitask and help multiple customers. Took about 20 minutes to get through with only one car in front of me.

I love panda express and I do come here when the Dodgers win because you get a great deal on the plate although this time the food taste like it was sitting there for hours. I didn’t even eat it and I did make a complaint through the website, hoping that they would do something about it, but I haven’t heard anything yet. Let’s go Dodgers.

Some workers are very rude, but overall, the service is fast. When order on app, the pickup is smooth and easy. It's working.

Came in to get me a plate. Waited over 15mins because almost every food options was out. I don't go to panda express often but dang. How can I put in an order if I can't even see the food

Almost every time went there, they never gave enough amount. The price going up, but the food amount going down. For example, when I ordered large size, the box has never been filled up, most time there was one inch space empty. Almost every time for my order, I was upset with the amount. For paying the money raised you want, but getting less food. It’s suck. It’s unfair. It’s not right and you are taking advantage of customers. The bad service could only damage your business. Actually, because of that, I try to not order panda anymore, instead I am learning cooking by myself. Whenever the service is bad. The manager should be blamed. I have complained many times for their small portion, but they never changed. Almost every worker giving small portion, I guess the manager demanded them to do so. That the bad service hurting customers’s right. I have stopped long time to order panda till tonight I went there trying again. Here you go. It’s the same issue-SMAL portion!!!
And I notice that I am not the only one complaining the small portion.
The Chinese food in panda tastes good, I love it, unfortunately, Sounds the manager has never checked the review for customers’s feedback, or the manager just doesn’t care, so her terrible job will damage Pandas’s reputation and affect the company’s income. So the manager should be fired.
Actually I am sending complaint letter to the main office to help panda improve their business

Food is not fresh green are dried very bad
I just can’t with the small portions anymore. I spent almost $14 for my 2 entree meal and spring rolls, which wouldn’t be a problem if I didn’t get such small portions, what am I even paying for that that point? Like my meats weren’t even full and were pebble sized amounts. And mainly fillers like vegetables.
Also waited ridiculously long in the drive through line with no explanation or apology, the lady was nice though. I’m just going to start making my own panda at home because this is just not worth it anymore.
