I have been here several times and the last few times they forget to always give me what we orderIts a inconvenience to have to drive back waist time and gasAnd now my family has already ate and enjoyed there food while I’m out running around getting my order they forgot to put in the bagHate that they don’t take the time to review the order make sure all you’re order is correct and put in the bag and handed to us

Always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for items such as Kung pao chicken or almost anything else .Why is it that at 8pm you don't have anything but 2 side items available .otherwise we have to park and wait . Always the same thing with this

Alright food is good no complaints but oh men the ac was the problem super cold I didn't enjoy my food air was %100 running I even told them to put it down but instep got colder ...so i have no choice but to rush my self and get out of here ...they said they did everything to bring it down ..don't know About that

If u go thru the Drive thru make sure u check your order. I ordered 2 bigger plates & they missed the steak on my order. while I was there 15-20 minutes waiting for them to bring me my order another customer that they had parked also went inside to get his order. That wasn't an option for me as I had a 3 & 4 yr old in the car. I called them & reminded them I was still waiting. When they brought my order I was in such a hurry to get home after being stuck in traffic for 2 hours..I get home & missing my steak.. OMG.. so upsetting I called them about it & they only offered to give me the steak they missed.. There were no cars in front of me in the Drive Thru Nor behind me. They probably park all their cars to meet speed of service. While in reality we all get parked & they forget our orders.. How hard is it to count 2 bigger plates?? How hard is it to offer a drink a cookie a coupon.. something for your lack of product.. But most importantly is count the products before you bring it out to us. Most of the time is us mom's with special needs kids that don't have the option to go inside to place orders so we can get 100% accuracy... This location lacks products, accuracy, speed of service & customer service.. Buyers Beware
Very clean. Restaurat was clean. I'm always impressed when fast food restaurants have clean bathrooms. This one was great. Food is always good too.

Whatever you do...do not eat here. I just got over a food poisoning that knocked me off my feet. I ordered the 3 item combo with chow mein (chicken and mushroom pepper shrimp and orange chicken). My wife got the same except she did not order the chicken and mushrooms.The woke up the next morning not feeling to well, but I thought I will get over it. As soon as I got into the office, everyone said I looked horrible. My stomach was upset and i was dizzy. I left minutes after I got there. I got to my car and realized I couldnt drive. i slept in my car for 2 hours woke up and realized I had to get home. My work is in downtown LA so I had a drive to victorville. I didnt make it 10 minutes into the drive. I had to pull over and started throwing up uncontrollably. I got home and was in the bathroom for 30 minutes non stop throwing up and diarrhea. that went on through the night. it was horrible.
