OLD!!!!(I really appreciate Panera bread for their strip club) New(I’ve always wanted to enjoy this Panera location, but I’ve faced repeated disrespect. About a month ago, I reported that someone was misusing my Sip Club ID, and instead of help, I was blamed and told to handle it myself. I let that go, hoping it was a one-time issue.
Today, I was parked in my usual spot — close to the entrance because of my bad back and hips. An employee confronted me, claiming I was parking too close to her car, even though I was well within my space. Another employee even stood by as if to protect her. She said I park next to her every day, as if it’s a problem, but I’m just trying to park safely and comfortably.
This happened while she was on the clock, making it even more disappointing. I’ve never damaged anyone’s car, and I always try to be respectful. It’s frustrating that this is how I was treated.
I love Panera, but I hope they train their staff to treat customers with more kindness and professionalism. I’ll give them one more chance, but if this happens again, I’ll reach out to corporate.

Awesome place, great bread, happy music, (Sister Nancy is a one in a3 million!) 😂 home girl baking bread with the other girl had kind of an attitude, but hey, we all have bad days.... All in all, good spot though.

I came through the drive way today and I had to wait in line 15 minutes for my order. The girl Zianne was rude and dismissive. She was dancing with a male employee instead of handing me my order. My advice to you about coming to this location is save your money and your time they even got my order wrong. I recommend going to the Victorville location instead. I will not be back to this location, worst location in ever.

I was there Wednesday 9/10 & the food was decent but paying as much as panera charges id wish the people handling the food were more pleasant. The girl Thenya was so rude and so bossy it was unbelievable how anyone wants to work like that. My order had to be corrected and she seemed like she was so personally bothered to do her job. Im never coming back

This morning, the crew was on time, professional, friendly, clean,m, and well managed. The food was also delicious, all the qualities needed for a restaurant. Hopefully they offer military discount, I didn’t ask though. You can also pick up on your online order through the drive-thru, the right lane. ????

The workers did amazing!! My soccer team (AVC) had came late to get some food after a long game of victory. Even though they were about to close. They served us with a smile on their face. 10/10 100/100 1000/1000! I recommend. Thank you PANERA YOU ROCK!!
