Papa Johns Pizza

I received excellent customer service from a very nice man on Halloween night before closing time. He followed all of my special requests for the pizza, and when I got the food it was hot, fresh and delicious. Overall just a really great experience thanks to the worker that night!!

I used to love this place, they were doing the pizza just perfect, but since a few years ago their pizza is hit and miss even if is just regular pepperoni, i do get lucky once in awhile and is perfect flavor and perfect baked, other times has no flavor and I have to cook it for few more minutes. I was going to give 1 star but I want to be graceful for the times they do it perfectly. If they undercook and I'm guessing that I need them to extra bake it than comes burned, so I'm like 90% sure that they lost my business.
I did go back to Domino's because I hate to receive something that tastes like cardboard most of the time. That was the reason in the 2000's I stopped using Domino's .

I tried out Papa John's Pizza simply because information said that Shaquille O'Neal is owner of it. To my surprise, it was the best pizza 🍕 I ever tasted out of all the pizza places I visited. Better than Pizza Hut, & Domino's. It was Deee'licious😋

Easy order online. Food was nade exactly how I ordered it. I was able to use my papa johns dollars answered payed less for my order. Employees were friendly when I picked up my order.

Very disappointed in today's pizza ordered a large pepperoni and bacon pizza. They did not put the pepperoni on the pizza. Drove 20 minutes to the location and 20 minutes back. I'm very disappointed in the pizza Papa. John's quality of the pizza has diminished. Does not taste the same like before pizza is dry. Not very good.Will not be visiting this location again

Manager Regina was advised that this is an ongoing issue with delivery. Her excuse is it’s due to Uber eats drivers not their fault. Service needs to change.

This particular location and probably all locations RIP CUSTOMERS OFF. Stinking liar's! I ordered a pizza a month ago, it was terrible. They said they would give me 50 percent off my next order to make up for the terrible pizza. Fast forward to today, and I wanted to order a promotion they were running all weekend long honoring memorial day weekend. WELL, MY 50 PERCENT PROMISE THEY SUPPOSEDLY WOULD GRANT ME ISNT GOING TO BE APPLIED ON THE 9.99 PROMOTION THEY WERE DOING ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!! THEY ARE A SCAM AND JOKE OF A BUSINESS!!

i worked here so i can give an interesting point of view. for starters this is probably one of the cleanest stores in the high desert. all the managers know what they are doing and have been working here for a long time. angel, the head manager here can run that place alone, practically blind folded with her hands tied behind her back. so therefore i feel a little bad for whoever takes her place when she decides to leave for a higher paying job. it would be more than fair to say all the mangers here deserve a BIG pay raise. this papa johns even has a world class box folder here who folds almost all the boxes here and hes practically holding the world record for pizza box folding. the only negative thing i would want to say is i have respect for this person but he needs to grow as a person and learn to respect people in general. NICK who is a driver, drives the gray/silver F150 he shouldn't be working for the public especially in food service. dont mean to throw him under the bus but the wheels are turning.
