Our family comes to the Hesperia pizza factory often. The whole staff is great but Alyssa is always so friendly and really takes our families gluten allergies seriously. She always has a big smile on her face and makes sure to come out and check on us during our visit. Their gluten free pizza crust is the best in the high desert. Thank you Pizza Factory Hesperia!!

Pizza Factory was absolutely excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Their kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. The pizza itself was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. If you’re a fan of mozzarella sticks, I highly recommend trying them as well—they were perfectly crisp and delicious. Overall, this is a place that takes pride in both its food and its customer service. Highly recommended!

Stopped by for a quick bite while charging my car on the way to Vegas. It took about 25 minutes for the food to come out, but it was worth the wait. Fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot. Great stop if you’re not in a rush!

We come from Phelan to eat at this location its 10x better cleaner and friendlier. Employees walk around and make sure everyone is okay and needs anything there helpful as heck and awesome vibes couldn't recommend any where else for a lunch buffet but here tbh.

I LOVE this place! All other pizza is ruined for me. Lunch buffet was delicious and super cheap in comparison to other lunch outings. The staff was also super friendly! Geo was so polite, and he recommended the pastrami pizza. Let me tell you, it is a MUST try! This is my new weekly spot for sure!

The whole place is sooo dirty. Built up grime over a very long period of time. The seats are gross. The salad bar was very old and everything left in it was definitely not from that day. The pizza sauce was so thick and gross. The cheese was hard to chew. The plates are so old and gross. One employee, chubby girl had a rude snarky attitude and was clearly annoyed by having 2 customers. Even the kids refused to eat the pizza which is crazy bad! Expensive and doesn't taste like Pizza Factory. Definitely avoid!
