I started using them back in 2011 after Domino's tasted like cardboard but the owner I'm not sure if is still Indian owner but they were cheap not offering any of the offers that comes in the mail from pizza hut also the added too much oil to the baking that was tasting like plain donuts with pepperoni and tomatoes sauce. I called and complained than and the manager in that time told me that I need to complain about it to the pizza hut HQ and they'll put pressure on this owner to accept the coupons and ad to the menu what they offer in the advertising through the mail. I didn't called the HQ because I started using Papa John's, (please check they're review I left) for at least 14 years until I find out I'm not lucky at winning the lottery so I went back to Domino's, no regrets so far.

Worst decision Pizza Hut corporation made was third party with Door Dash for delivery. I don't want random people delivering my pizza.

If you order online, make sure you call and confirm it. I ordered and I scheduled to be picked at 0719 PM. When I arrived, they couldn't find my order. I showed it on my phone, and they finally found it. But I had to wait another 25 minutes to make it. No adding that now you have to buy your own cheese.

I ordered online and got the ETA which was about 25 mins, after that time has passed I received a message from the DoorDash driver saying he was still waiting and that he’d been waiting at the restaurant for a while. After almost an hour the pizza finally arrived, however I was missing a soda. I called the store 3 times and never got an answer. I would have gladly taken the refund for the soda had I been able to get ahold of someone. Since no one answered I had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the soda. So not only did I have to pay for the delivery fee but I still had to go down and pick up part of my order. When I got to the restaurant there were several DoorDash drives waiting for their orders, they had all been waiting a while. They are clearly understaffed and the staff that is there are too busy talking about their work schedule for the next week instead of focusing on doing their jobs and maintaining a good work flow. This restaurant clearly needs to have some major issues addressed.
