I ordered online and got the ETA which was about 25 mins, after that time has passed I received a message from the DoorDash driver saying he was still waiting and that he’d been waiting at the restaurant for a while. After almost an hour the pizza finally arrived, however I was missing a soda. I called the store 3 times and never got an answer. I would have gladly taken the refund for the soda had I been able to get ahold of someone. Since no one answered I had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the soda. So not only did I have to pay for the delivery fee but I still had to go down and pick up part of my order. When I got to the restaurant there were several DoorDash drives waiting for their orders, they had all been waiting a while. They are clearly understaffed and the staff that is there are too busy talking about their work schedule for the next week instead of focusing on doing their jobs and maintaining a good work flow. This restaurant clearly needs to have some major issues addressed.

Worst service ever. Waited over an hour for a pizza and wings. Placed my order at 3:05 at 3:50 they told me they forgot to make my wings. Was told to wait about 7 more mins. Didn’t get my order until 4:13. They weren’t even busy. I was the only person there. Only 2 people walked in during this whole time. Will never go back to this location. Pizza was cold by the way. Wings were overcooked.

I got some Cinnamon sticks and Bread sticks that were hard and cold felt like it was from a previous order that never got picked up, 2 pan pizzas that I give a 4/10, Pizza Hut used to be the top notch pizza place, this was disappointing, the lady in the back was continually coughing, terrible experience.

I just moved to the area and tried this Pizza Hut twice since moving here. Tonight was the second time and as I suspected they messed up my order again. No buffalo sauce on my Buffalo wings. What? When I called to give feedback I was told they wouldn’t be able to correct the issue and that many people have had this problem when ordering on the app. So I guess not only is the food bad, the customer service is bad and when given feedback they do nothing to correct it to further displease their customers. Save yourself the trouble and get a frozen $1.29 pizza… you’ll be happier!

Bad service I was there at 5 PM to pick up my takeout pizza and for whatever reason I don’t know why when I got there my pizza was in the counter not in the hot bag so my pizza was cold. I told them my pizza is cold and both girls working that shift Today 10/14/24 gave me very bad attitude they try to say the pizza was barely out the oven and ready to put in the hot bag. If it was true then my pizza would not be cold and soggy and they continue to give me attitude and embarrass me in front of other customers for no reason very very bad customer service I would never go back there again. You guys need to check on your employees attitudes

I have a good experience when I order through the app. My pizzas were ready when i arrived. The cashier was friendly and happy to help me. Waiting time was minimal and I was on my way with my pizzas. I expect this from a place I order food from.

I ordered a extra large chicken BBQ pizza on the phone apparently the call went thru a call center. I had to repeat my order including the size at least three times. Was told it would be ready in 15 mins. Upon arrival the counter guy pulled it out of the warming bag and it was a large not an extra large. It was over cooked and the worst pizza experience ever from any pizza chain .
