I ordered a extra large chicken BBQ pizza on the phone apparently the call went thru a call center. I had to repeat my order including the size at least three times. Was told it would be ready in 15 mins. Upon arrival the counter guy pulled it out of the warming bag and it was a large not an extra large. It was over cooked and the worst pizza experience ever from any pizza chain .

We were happy! Always love ❤️ pizza ? could have been cooked a little more!! Also, did they get rid of their seasoning for the crust? It was a little plan this time or at this place, not sure which one! Lol was also a little pricey nowadays, $40 for 2 pizzas ? outrageous, especially when you can do homemade for less than 15 for 2 anyway, always room for improvement

Got my pizza and it was burnt so I asked if I could get a remake. Got my second pizza frome a doordash driver and it was still burnt and cold. My microwave could do better

Had a pretty awful experience as a first time customer never ordering here again. The person who took my order who had repeated it back to me somehow forgot my breadsticks, they ONLY had the thin crust left somehow which tasted awful and sad, the marinara sauce was such a pitifully small size and the cherry on top was figuring out that a large pizza was 20$. Absolutely insane.
