Absolutely delicious! The food is authentic, portions are perfect. The garlic Naan is to die for. Their spice levels are true to their name, spicy is very spice, prepare to have your nose run a little with the spicy. Best Indian food in the high desert!The lunch special is especially a great deal. Lunch buffet everyday from 11-3. I ordered 2 items. Saag Paneer and Lamb Vindaloo. Both were absolutely perfection, it was a lot to eat on my own, I recommend limiting yourself to two plates to not be wasteful. Lots a families had a full table though and it looked amazing. It's a great family lunch time.Vegetarian options: PANEER HERE IS THE BEST

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit a delightful experience. I highly recommend trying their flavorful curries and freshly baked naan bread. Spice of India offers fantastic Indian cuisine with flavorful dishes like biryanis, curries, and tandoori specialties. While the food is great, the restaurant's customer service could use improvement in terms of attentiveness and promptness. Despite this, the overall dining experience was good, thanks to the delicious food. I would recommend Spice of India to those looking for authentic Indian flavors. However, there is room for enhancement in the service aspect.

We were passing by from vegas to san diego and happened to try on our way. We ordered tandoori chicken and chicken biryani. It was horrible. The tandoori chicken was not cooked properly.. we happened to complain but they wete arguing with us saying that is the way it is. Also they added too much food color to tandoori chicken that the color sticked to our fingers for 2 days. It didnt go away after washing with soap. The biryani has carrots and didnt taste like biryani at all. Overall it is one of the terrible experiences we had.

They will gladly assist you with your menu selection. There are daily lunch specials from 11 - 3pm to acquaint people with Indian cuisine. Last but certainly not least, the food is just simply amazing. All entrées are served hot in metal ornate containers. If you order appetizers, they will cone your table in courses. There are 25 vegetarian dishes. The entrees are comprised of chicken, lamb, ghoat, fish, and shrimp. You will be asked what level of heat/ spicy you want or dish at medium is enough for me. Price point $$$

This place is no longer good. The owners no longer come in and it reflects in the service and quality of food. I can no longer recommend this place to anyone. I used to be a regular here but I think this will be the last time I ever eat here again. I don't expect them to be in business much longer! ?
The butter chicken (spicy) is sooo good! But id probably get mild next time ! The flavors are it ?? the appetizers are really good to with the sauces they provide! Very nice inside ! Also the garlic naan!! so so goooood.

Don't order through DoorDash. They don't seem to care at all if they get your order wrong and it seems they purposely give you whatever they have available instead of being honest about why they can't complete your order or get your order wrong. Ordered shrimp and they gave us chicken instead, they gave the wrong naan, forgot to add the side dishes, and gave us food like it was from the bottom of the pot as it was extremely oily. This has been a normal occurrence as this has happened before when we would DoorDash and even when the doordasher asked for the correct order they were told to leave and they were not willing to fix the order they had made a mistake on. Terrible service the owner should talk to their workers how to properly do customer service or just fire them. Honestly they should just get off of doordash if they aren't willing to fulfill the orders they get and use it as a excuse that they can’t do anything about their mistakes.
