For the second time I was treated rudely by an employee at this store. The first time I was told I arrived too early after placing an order on the app and the the second time I was handed the incorrect order. I stated it was not my order and after telling the girl I ordered a hot drink, the little girl was rude stating I should have told her that in the first place. I chose to go in a ask for a refund and declined to take the order and go somewhere else. I was being helped by the assistant having a calm conversation and the same little went out of her was to walk over to me and become verbally confrontational towards me calling me a liar. I hadn't even pointed her out or named her at that point, I just simply asked for a refund because I was treated rudely.

Very unpleasant experience I was hesitant already to go in the evening but I still went last night and got 2 caramel Frappuccinos and they were so watery and you could tell they were blended together from the lack of flavor. I would’ve returned the drinks but everytime I ask for a drink to be remade at Starbucks the barista takes retaliatory actions. Either over doing the drink or just plain rudeness about it.

I love Starbucks but this location fails me every time. They never put the extra espresso shots I PAID for. I know this because my sister gets the same exact drink but no extra shots, my drink and hers taste EXACTLY the same. Not to mention 2 extra shots already makes a huge difference on the flavor so it’s just obvious that they don’t put them. I would recommend another location if you want to buy coffee.

When I asked MARK about customizing a certain drink , he gave me a null look as if I was crazy it, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming!! My Coffee I got was complete different, I will NOT ever come here again!!

I was going through Hesperia and wanted a Shaken Expresso, I was not able to have my order filled due to no oatmilk.
This place is an unorganized mess, this one group of girls that walked in were so loud you couldn't even hear the staff calling out orders or asking what you wanted, not to mention they really need a microphone system to call out orders, I originally got a strawberry matcha, but the lady working in front was deaf and only heard the strawberry part, I ended with a strawberry frappe instead, but had to wait for them to remake my drink, though I'm thankful for them remaking my drink, but this location needs someone that can speak up when taking orders or calling them out, it was so loud in the shop. It would also be better to have the lady that waited on me making drinks instead.
