The order has to be ready in 7 to 10 minutes was what the app told me. 20 minutes since I ordered, I left without my coffee. I'm sorry, I can't wait that long. I just wasted my time and money.

Sadly the person who took our order was rude. I was having trouble with swiping my card and she was indifferent I am 85 and have trouble seeing. Happily a worker named Matt was mopping the floor and saw my dilemma. He came over and helped me. Matt is an asset to your company. I ordered a hot chocolate latte and got a coffee with foam. We will not go back to this Starbucks again.

Lady was nice but way to fast with order, I was trying to give phone for rewards but she already put it through. Not once did she ask me for my rewards. I was close to a free drink. She told me call customer service number. Customer service couldn’t even help me because I didn’t have my receipt. I was on phone with customer service for almost ten minutes, with no help, no points because this lady didn’t want to bump down her drive thru time. I just wanted a nice coffee and a non stressful day but I guess we can’t always have that. Thanks.

This Starbucks location is the worst. They never give what you order. I'm going there everyday and I'm ordering the same thing everyday, but this year alone I got only once the stuff that I order the rest of the times they give me whatever and even though I'm telling them how to make it and it's the stuff that they have on the menu. But no it is the worst do not go stay away. Update, I returned same order 2 times and finally they got it right on the third try , either the owner doesn't care of loosing money or doesn't know about how bad they're staff is . Just on my order alone they lost at least $35 because they screwed up 2 drinks. I'll keep on returning the orders until they get it right.

And I want to give a great big thank you for the team that was working on 10/2, I was not in human mode ?♀️ yet and wasn't understanding , so the young lady helped me and I'm just so thankful for hard workers of starbucks for helping us become humans again ?

????FIRST TIME in years that I get a nasty caramel Frappuccino from starbucks !!where's my caramel??? Taste like a double shot of coffee and no Caramel, no sweetness . Taste bitter also . And I asked for extra caramel. ! ? . I just moved to Hesperia and this is the Starbucks out here. GROSS. !!!!!!!
This Starbucks location is terrible.. avoid if you can. They either put too much sweet cream foam or hardly put any at all. They will definitely give you a lot of ice tho! $10 for a small drink full of ice and they constantly mess it up. How is it that this is the only location my drink is always inconsistent?

Too busy not enough workers. There was a blonde hair in my step daughters drink this morning what a waste. This isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience. There is also a drive thru worker female working weekends, wears a lot of makeup who has the nastiest attitude. You can sense it as you grab the drink from her. You hate your job, quit.

Always always a terrible service. I hate going to this starbucks but this is the closest. Not a single time I had atleast a decent service here. Employees dont communicate to the customers. Leaves the drinks without calling out names or orders. No straws. Unorganized. Drinks are not even close to how it’s supposed to taste. Employees look mad and unhappy including the manager/lead. Waste of money and time.
