Friendly workers this morning. The drive thru worker this morning was very friendly, much appreciated on holidays to have them smile and be friendly.

I’m staying at the Holiday Inn express right across the street from the Starbucks so I decided to go get a coffee and I will say that this was one of the worst experiences I had at a Starbucks. I use the mobile app and when I got to the drive-in, the server who I was expecting to greet me, asked me the name on the order, and I gave it to her told me in the future do not come to the drive-through until the order says completed. I would understand if there was some sort of extreme line or if the wait time was ridiculous and it was a super busy time of day, but there was no one in line. It would be exactly as if I ordered at the drive-through. When I got to the window, I asked her name and why she was so rude and condescending. There was no accountability or ownership on her tag. It showed GiGi.. While I’m in this area, I will no longer be supporting the Starbucks. There is a target nearby. I will walk inside of target to get my coffee if need be. And on top of that, they didn’t even make my coffee, right!!

If I can give a zero star I will. The girls working there suck don’t know how to take orders and have a horrible attitude. Messed up mostly all my order. Asked for cookie crumbles and my drink had none. Do better little girls, yall applied for this job so do it right.
