The wait is too long. The customers who go through drive thru are always blocking the entrance/exit. Wouldn't have that issue if they picked up the speed.

Needed coffee and this Starbucks was nearby. Only to-go orders. There is no seating. Service is quick, but I don't like drinking coffee in my car. This location has plenty of space for seating. Maybe SBUX should close this one?

I’m staying at the Holiday Inn express right across the street from the Starbucks so I decided to go get a coffee and I will say that this was one of the worst experiences I had at a Starbucks.
I use the mobile app and when I got to the drive-in, the server who I was expecting to greet me, asked me the name on the order, and I gave it to her told me in the future do not come to the drive-through until the order says completed. I would understand if there was some sort of extreme line or if the wait time was ridiculous and it was a super busy time of day, but there was no one in line. It would be exactly as if I ordered at the drive-through. When I got to the window, I asked her name and why she was so rude and condescending. There was no accountability or ownership on her tag. While I’m in this area, I will no longer be supporting the Starbucks. There is a target nearby. I will walk inside of target to get my coffee if need be. And on top of that, they didn’t even make my coffee, right!!
