I guess when you order a drink with easy ice but the drink is made full ice. They can’t still give you drink with less ice. I order drinks here before and they do sometimes give me my drink with the less ice. I know the drink is made with ice and hope next time I get my request for what I paid for!

I ordered a honey citrus mint tea it's boiling hot spilling all over my hand. Then doesn't give me napkins or anything even though she sees it spilling. Then it's overfilled I put it in my cup holder spilling all over my car I go inside to get another one the counter girl gives attitude and instead of getting my drink she makes me wait all over again and I ask isn't my drink being made she just says sorry we're really busy even though I explained I already waited in line. Breanna or Brianna horrible service

My boyfriend and I went through drive at approximately 13:40, drinks weren’t great, we ordered a dragon drink and a paradise drink, they were both watered down and the dragon drink had no dragon fruit pieces! Not the best Starbucks…I would not recommend

Obviously a poorly managed Starbucks. They're out of nonfat milk at 11:00 a.m. food on display that they are also out of. I very clearly ordered a cinnamon coffee cake not heated. The clerk asked me do you want that heated. It's as if she is running on a poorly executed program. Evidence that this employee could easily be replaced with a kiosk. Dining room could have been cleaner. Standing and waiting for a simple cup of coffee.
