Obviously a poorly managed Starbucks. They're out of nonfat milk at 11:00 a.m. food on display that they are also out of. I very clearly ordered a cinnamon coffee cake not heated. The clerk asked me do you want that heated. It's as if she is running on a poorly executed program. Evidence that this employee could easily be replaced with a kiosk. Dining room could have been cleaner. Standing and waiting for a simple cup of coffee.

Carla was so sweet and helpful, she recommended drinks to our dietary needs and had great customer service. Our drinks came out within a minute, very fast and convenient. Would definitely recommend !!

Sorry to say it's our first disappointing visit here. Just can't believe it. They all literally must have had a bad day. The two baristas honestly just kept their backs to us for the first few minutes, talking between themselves, even though we were the only others in the shop. I think maybe we expect a bit too much after all the years of first class service. . But we only needed a cuppa straight black coffee.
