I don’t think I have ever written a review before but I’m pretty sure I came across the nicest person in the world working at this starbucks so I wanted to say THANK YOU SUNSHINE for your inspiring kindness and thank you to your team for making great coffee (my mom loved it!) and an amazing tomato mozzarella sandwich.

Asked if I could get my drink comped with my food because I am on my way to my moms funeral. He responds "we don't ask like that but okay" then just said "here" and handed me the drink. I cried after we left. Maybe it's my autism but I don't know what I did to be treated so rudely after I was vulnerable. *I was of course able and willing to pay full price if the answer was no.

Benny at this location was completely unprofessional and rude. He has horrible customer service and does not represent what Starbucks stands for he’s more fit for McDonalds please retrain him on B.L.A.S.T. Worse experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. On top of Benny wanting to argue about a replacement sandwich I ordered a Trenta ice coffee and got a venti if I complained about this Benny would call me a liar. So once again I didn’t get what I paid for

Order mobile been sitting here for 20 mins Haven’t gotten anything basically I spent my whole lunch just waiting for drinks . Parking is the worse part of this Starbucks can’t get out due to the drive thru. Custom service sucks here will never recommend it again.

I ordered the new melon burst tea from Starbucks on app and clicked no ice when I got my drink it was full of ice. I took it back and they explained that it come from a small can. So you are paying almost 7 dollars for a barista to open a can and put it in the cup. I asked them to still make it with no ice because of my drive. You get half of a venti cup of drink when you have no ice. Why are you paying for a hand crafted drink when all they do is open a can? Starbucks has become way over priced. No wonder the drive thru was empty.
