ordered a sandwich and the lady jus kept pushing them through when mine was toasted she just took it out and let it sit with no service on it so now Im eating a cold soggy sandwich I asked for Bell peppers she put banana peppers instead then took them off. Good luck calling they leave the phone off the hook

I just went here today around 12pm and the two girls working were so unbelievably rude the whole time. It honestly felt like a racial issue because I did absolutely nothing wrong and for some reason they had a horrible attitude towards me from the jump. When I had a question about the price because she charged me a different price from what my coupon said she tried to make me feel stupid and was looking at the other customers making a scene.

"I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. The sandwich was very skimpy on the meat, which was frustrating. On top of that, the person who assisted us was extremely rude. I was surprised to find out they don’t even offer water cups—seriously, isn’t water supposed to be free?
To make matters worse, both employees were in the back, being loud and laughing, which came across as unprofessional. Customer service and food quality are so important when you choose to spend your money somewhere, and unfortunately, this location failed on both counts.
Victorville deserves to know that better service and attention to quality are a must. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here."

One of the best Subways we have ever been in. Very clean from one end to the other, including the bathrooms. The girls we're so friendly and helpful. Great hard-working employees. I was using a walker being physically disabled and my son told the girl in the Covid mask that he couldn’t hear her over the loud Taylor Swift song playing that she must have turned up. He is hard of hearing and mostly lip reads to do his business at restaurants and fast food places in person. She not only refused to remove her mask or speak up louder for him. She said that they do not accept subway coupons either at this location. The manager came out backed her up and we were made to leave that place hungry and angry!! Bad management and loud Taylor Swift music! 🤢🤮
