Horrible location. I work near by and their restrooms have been closed for over a month. If you want to eat there you can’t wash your hands. Also they have rude customer service. I’ll be contacting corporate about this location.

ordered a sandwich and the lady jus kept pushing them through when mine was toasted she just took it out and let it sit with no service on it so now Im eating a cold soggy sandwich I asked for Bell peppers she put banana peppers instead then took them off. Good luck calling they leave the phone off the hook

I just went here today around 12pm and the two girls working were so unbelievably rude the whole time. It honestly felt like a racial issue because I did absolutely nothing wrong and for some reason they had a horrible attitude towards me from the jump. When I had a question about the price because she charged me a different price from what my coupon said she tried to make me feel stupid and was looking at the other customers making a scene.
"I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. The sandwich was very skimpy on the meat, which was frustrating. On top of that, the person who assisted us was extremely rude. I was surprised to find out they don’t even offer water cups—seriously, isn’t water supposed to be free?
To make matters worse, both employees were in the back, being loud and laughing, which came across as unprofessional. Customer service and food quality are so important when you choose to spend your money somewhere, and unfortunately, this location failed on both counts.
Victorville deserves to know that better service and attention to quality are a must. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here."
