The guy Kevin at the counter is absolutely ridiculous The store manager could barely understand English I was asking them about the cucumber recall didn't notice there was a recall till after I ordered my fiance's sandwich so I asked if there was a recall on their cucumbers Kevin gave me attitude multiple times that I should have known before I ordered that there was a recall on cucumbers when I asked them to remake the sandwich they refused and asked why did I order the sandwich with cucumbers then tried to call the store multiple times to change the order so there were no cucumbers put on the sandwich they completely ignored my call absolutely unprofessional and I will be calling corporate about this too I'm calling my bank to get a refund One of the sandwiches ended up in the trash a minimum wage employee mad that he makes sandwiches at a sandwich business what's the irony in that fool needs to be fired.

The forgeiner lady charged me for another customers 2 bags of chips after i told her the cookies i wanted for my combo. When refunding me the difference she thought paying me just the base cost of the chips was adequate and refused to provide me the proper change for base+tax -> 3.58x1.0725=3.84 she provided me 3.58 and when i asked about the taxes i was owed she threw me another dime for a total of 3.68. Although 16 cents isnt much thats not the point, its the principle of returning what is owed to your customer. Subway just stole money from a customer and refused to make it right.

Don’t do online orders here I have done it two times and both time my sandwich’s were cold even though I ask for it to be toasted. Just because it’s an online order doesn’t mean the employee can slack off and give a sandwich that has chicken cold that’s suppose to be hot and toasted. Both times it was cold if I wasn’t in a rush would have went back just a heads up ppl be careful order online from this subway.

Tricky Thecritic

Online ordering has ruined another food place. When you think you're next in line at any Subway.....your not. There is always a ton of sandwiches needing to be made from online ordering. God forbid the store is out of a certain meat. When that happens , the online folks come in and are told that the order they paid for can't be made because they are out. So they jump in front of whoever is standing in line to get their order completed. There is just no point of going inside to get food ,because even if there is no one in the store , you are still subjected to waiting to start getting your meal. I like Subway, but it feels a lot like going to Disneyland and watching all the fast pass people get on the ride you have been waiting in line for an hour. I should be able to get in line, state my order and pay cash to get my meal. The whole restaurant industry is horrible. Thanks door dash, Uber eats, your lucky people are lazy and want to spend double the money they need to , to be fed!!!!

9 dollars for the smallest 6 inch you’ve ever seen. All the veggies look straight up rotten. The tomato’s were slimy and the cucumbers were all shriveled up. Made you not even want them to put veggies on. Worst experience surprised this place is still open for how long it’s been at this location.
