Subway inside the Walmart Super Center has been amazing. The staff and food are top notch. They have amazing customer service and make one of the best subs ever. One of their workers convince me that their sandwiches are better than Walmart’s, which I have been hooked on. From one sub alone, I decided to leave my Walmart sub for Subway’s.

Service is great I got a tuna because I’ve heard rumors it wasn’t real fish. It was indeed real and service and customer care were outstanding, the manager was super helpful, kind, and carried conversation well while making an amazing sandwich 10/10 best subway in the HD

The food was fine, nothing special. The service was horrible: Alex was making our sandwichs, but was more focused on chatting with co-workers. Missing one of the sandwiches, given someone else's sandwich. Returned to get the sandwich that was ordered and paid for. Alex was so unprofessional and rude. He just kept smirking, never apologized for giving us the wrong food and seemed to find it funny that we had to come back because of his mistake. Contacted corporate and they blew it off. Avoid Subway, no customer service at any level.

Sandwich Artists? Yeah no…these are Modern Sandwich Artists cuz they love smashing sandwiches. I watched the Lead literally smash two sandwiches in a row on the counter after she had already out it down, she walked over both times and smacked my sandwich thru the bag on the counter. Luckily my dog died so I didn’t have the energy to confront her. If he was alive I wouldn’t feed him anything from here, let alone let him walk in here cuz there’s crumbs and trash everywhere. Oh and here’s a picture to show they can’t cut a sandwich either

I stop by Walmart today to get some groceries on my way out I stop by tried to get in some lunch at Subway the lady behind the counter look at me and keep watching her phone or wait and she never even ask me if I need something I was really disappointed I always go to Subway I'm done with her I hope the owners or the franchise can put attention on this, I moved to the next location on 14380 Main maple where Clarissa and Kevin Ward there are an amazing people excellent customer service for sure I'll go back and visit them what a different day and night I hope this lady from the Walmart store Subway learn something from these two nice people

Asked for a 6 inch sandwich and was give a 12 inch and i was in a rush so I just paid for the pull foot long. Split the sandwich with my girlfriend and both of us got an upset stomach and diarrhea within hours of eating the sandwich.

They gave me one slice of roast beef for my entire sandwhich. Went to jersey Mike's and they made the sandwhich with more meat. Don't eat here unless you want to be scammed.

Nicole is the worse manager if you cut yourself on somebody’s sandwich, she will make you serve it to them because it’s a waste of food And if you waste food you get written up for theft she cuts her employees for being sick even if they bring doc note then if you dont lie on other Employees to make her write ups look better you’ll be her worst enemy This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked for and no matter how many times I contact HR try to contact HR John does nothing about this no matter how many people complain. I have already contacted labor board about this. It is retaliation after retaliation, and nothing gets done about it There’s a worker there that takes pictures of girls and HR has been told about this and does nothing but give them a write up then HR will take down reviews from Google when you put them on here Do not work here do not eat here. She put old meat back onto the floor with new labels which is against Ruled and regulations. I’m going to be posting this review every day until something gets done

I went to this location on a few different occasions and the woman with black hair and a blonde streak was rude. I witnessed her belittling her employees. On the first occasion that I went in there was a redhead girl and she was very rude and aggressive and upset. She was talking to her about another employee and she didn’t even take her to the back to speak privately. She did it right in front of the customers, which was totally unacceptable. Then I went in a few days ago and she did it again to another employee, the young lady set my pretzels on the counter, while she bent down to get a bag and this woman yelled at her for setting the pretzels on the counter. Then she said “How many times have I told you not to put the pretzels on the counter, why don’t you listen!” and was very rude in front of me. I told the young lady don’t ever let anybody talk to you like that. Her response was,she is my manager and I told her “I don’t care who she is, you keep smiling” and I feel like somebody needs to stand up for these employees because they look scared of this woman.

Manger with black hair blonde streak in her hair, RUDE for no reason, she seems like she hates her job i went in to get a sandwich while the worker was making a sandwich she started screaming at her worker one of them cut her finger and I over heard the MANGER say to still serve a sandwich WITH BLOOD IN IT!!! , disgusting legal action should be taken ?Why would you serve a sandwich with someone’s blood in it? DISGUSTING this place seriously needs to be investigated because I think she isn’t mentally there! She looks drugged out! ??♂️She needs to be fired, and needs to be replaced or this place needs to be sued she constantly screams and discriminates her workers and his SO DISRESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMERS!!
