Food is delicious only downfall is they take away there nachos fries every single tiny chance that they get those nachos fries are the reason I am alive and the fact they keep taking them away is my 13TH reason why.
Dietary restrictions: My whole diet is based off of nachos fries so this is very heartbreaking to see they took them away once again
They are supposed to be open but there is a worker here that needs that management position since he's here ontime and the manager is an hour late. I drove 10 mins to get some breakfast and the closest taco bell is 20 mins away. But thank you management for being on time for your customers to get food. I been here less then 5 mins and 4 customers have left.

ever since the manager changed at this location they are always out of syrup for the sodas and the hot, hot sauce. Today the tacos were soggy. Stuck to the paper, not crunchy.

Food is always amazing but check your drinks, I ordered a large drink on the mobile and was told they were all out and was given a medium drink. Other than the drink mishaps that happen a bit frequently everything else is outstanding.

I can't believe people even go to this taco bell I sure won't be anymore. They over charged us and gave us the complete wrong order and the cashier ended up switching with another staff and on top of that there customer service hot line was rude and only gave me and my wife a coupon 😑 me and my wife were so angry and felt disrespected and we felt like we were just a piggy bank for them to take money out of like a child breaking open his piggy bank for a toy and not having enough money and so goes and steals money from his classmates is how me and my wife felt while talking to the customer Service. A business should not be hiring individuals who make people feel like this and they should be given better training in customer service and be able to do basic math having been ober charged.
P.S I CAN SAY WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE THAT STARBUCKS IS BETTER AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD TEACH TACO BELLS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They need to work on customer service and prioritize guest in the store instead of drive though guest. I waited 30 mins for nachos and seen over 5 drive though ordered come out before mine.
This is now the 3rd time something has been left out of an order. Wanted to try out your new nuggets meal and how the hell do you not put in the nuggets for a nugget meal how does that get skipped it's almost as bad is not putting the potatoes in my spicy potato taco come on now.

Ordered on the app and then got to the restaurant and waited over 40 minutes, there was so many people waiting, I decided to ask for a refund and manager refused so I left and contacted customer service. Worst taco bell location ever!!!!

Waited 45 mins in the drive thru for my mobile order all to show up to the window and be told they were out of most of the food items at I ordered . They offered to replace it for lower cost food items . When I asked for the order to be cancelled and be refunded. I was told they were unable to because it was through a 3rd party . Mind you I ordered through the Taco Bell app.
