I’ve never been, so I wanted to stop by and get the rolls to-go and see what the hype is about. I came to pick up my order, and the person fulfilling happened to be the manager on duty tonight. She was so sweet, and when I told her it was my first time and I was so excited, she got excited and gave me some to try immediately so my bag wouldn’t get cold! She was super nice and accommodating, and this was such a nice atmosphere. Truly wish I dined in!
I didn't go to eat here yet this year , but since you mentioned it. I'll make sure and fit a meal in . I like those black rolls .

Another disappointing visit to what once my go-to restaurant in most cities I travel to. It was busy, as they usually are, but not overwhelmingly crowded. My server, Amber, was great. Very kind and professional, and attentive enough for sure. The problem was the overall system wasn't functioning well. My grilled shrimp appetizer came out barely warm. I considered sending them back but was starving and eating another roll wasn't the best solve. When I eventually got my side salad it was good, nothing bad at all, just a salad that came out a little later than usual also. Then came my entree, and that's when the disappointment really hit. My steak was cooked to temp, but wasn't warm on my plate. The baked potato was so cold the butter wasn't melting. That's unacceptable. I realized it was dinner rush, but like everyone knows, Texas Roadhouse is always going to have a crowd and they generally handle them well. This time they missed the mark and I'm starting to lose faith in them completely.

Authentic restaurant, very friendly service (thanks Shannon & Jay!). Although it's a large restaurant, it's not very noisy. The drinks arrived quickly and the help with choosing the meat was very helpful and honest (we went for the ribeye and fillet steak, both highly recommended).
Both cuts were very tender, with a flavor rating of 10/10.
If we're ever in the area again, we'll be back!
