The service was slow. The atmosphere was ok, but the food was awful. The ribs that I ordered were way overcooked brunt and chewy hardly no meat bone. The side was very small, which did not make the meal any better.

A table of 9 and MARTIN, had it down to a science. Even when a mistake was made on the order he was extremely apologetic and handle it ASAP. We are not locals but are fans for life now because of the food and of course Martin. Tip was a no brained even told his boss, that Martin was amazing. We’ll be back every time we head over to Vegas.

First time here, steak was great, ribs were dry, chicken fried chicken very salty, unable to eat. Advised manager Ben, he made everything right, took off billing for food not able to eat. We will give them another try, things happen, but they did make it right. Ben is a great manager and deserves credit for doing this.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Our server took our order. We received our steak before receiving salad. When we informed the server that brought our steak that we had not received our salads, she asked who our server was. We told her we wasn't sure and also our drink was not correct. When our server finally brought our salads. She explained that the reason we got our steak first was because we ordered med rare and that she tasted the coke and it was fine.We informed her that this was not coke but something else. And to top it all off we asked for to go boxes for our salads. We informed her that they charged us for bacon bits on the salads which there were none. Her response was what do you want me to do, get you some bacon bits or take it off. Very unprofessional and a bad attitude for mistakes that she made.UPDATE:I want to Thank Ben for taking time out of his busy schedule to call me and express concerns about our dining experience.After our conversation with him and his sincere apology we will definitely give them another visit.Thank you Ben for your excellent customer service.NOTE: I am giving this establishment a five star rating because I truly feel they care about their customers.

The food was delicious I ate a sirloin fried steak breaded and it was delicious it's like a chicken fried steaks if it's a it's a beef one and it's really tasty the breads were fresh right out of the oven and it was a very comfortable atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: I decidable disabled myself the plenty of parking any handicap parking and the doorways are wide enough and easy entry
