They were prepping everything for closing 3 hours before actual closing time. Didn't get our order correct. The juices were unavailable because they already put them away by 6pm . Bad management

We've been out of state and haven't had Habit in 10 months. So we decided to treat ourselves. Food was excellent as always. Disappointed that they didn't have seasonal special items. Parking lot is small and we had to park some distance out. And armored car parked right in front taking up multiple parking spots. Lots of traffic. Tight turns.

By the time we got home with the food the buns on the burger were so soggy it fell apart when picking up to eat it, Fries are cold and the green beans had a hair. Went to call the store to notify and customers are unable to call the store directly. We were sent to a feedback link online that does not remedy the situation. Very frustrating to spend $50 and still have to make lunch because the food looks worse than what I feed my dog.

This was one of the first times coming here and we say, it will be a minute before we come back. Cold French fries chilling under hot ones, the store completely ran out of ketchup. Restrooms had no soap. For 20 bucks for a chicken club combo everything should be coming out steaming. Unacceptable for anything less. Especially when y'all getting paid more than paramedics. Get it together
