To Pho Vietnamese Restaurant

No idea what people are talking about when they say the Pho is good. Broth tastes watered down. Needs flavor, won't be back.

Wonderful and delicious food. We had the brisket pho and vermicelli noodles with BBQ pork. Absolutely delicious! I also had the Taro Tea and that was very yummy. The restaurant is very clean, large, and quiet. I had a great time at To Pho.

I ordered the beef w/noodles soup and a pork sandwich and this place did not disappoint. The soup was delicious but the sandwich was the best. I swear I still could hear the bread crunch..

Best Pho in the HD, seriously. Nice & hot every time. Fried chicken is crispy, & the little broth cups that come with the entrees are fantastic. Great for kids too, they have a variety in case your little one is picky. Boba drinks are good as well, and they have all the usual vietnamese dishes, like spring rolls & banh mi. The staff are super friendly. Definitely recommend.

The service was quick though they forgot to modify my order. The peanut sauce had a good texture but didn't really taste like peanuts at all. The atmosphere was excellent and besides my criticisms the food was decent. They need to work on that grade B health inspection report though. The spring rolls were good!

I used to dine here a lot and treated my friends here for the past 20 years I have been up here, as the best VN food Restaurant in the HD. Things have changed dramatically this last time.
They changed their menu, recently, not as varied as ít used to be, the atmosphere is still the same, but in a busy night on a wednesday, they had only 1 nice waitress ( to whom I left $18+ Tips, on my Visa, that I was not even sure that this nice waitress will get after we left ? ) handling the whole restaurant by herself, except once in a while with the help from another lady dressed with a cold winter vest, ruining the entire atmosphere ( may be a relative of the Owner ? ) with some kind of attitude at other tables ( not my table with 2 guests of mine, Thank God ).
Besides, I was shocked that a small foam container of extra Pho Broth only, for my guest who loved the Broth, was charged $6.50.
And the Fried Rice with a few shrimps extra costed $ 4.75 extra !
The same with the yellow noodles sauteed , with some extra shrimp , got charged $4.75 extra !
My Bill total for 3 people came out to $140+.
I would not mind that, if only their new menu would have mentioned what they would charge for extra order , but it did not !
I probably would take my friends somewhere else then.

Decent pho. Actually the best in the HD. today's service was not very pleasant. I do not like being seated and being left unattended for 10min. Especially with out a drink

Calming and delicious, exceeded my expectations and the food tasted quality and was much cheaper than expected. The service was fast and patient and the layout of the area was truly enjoyable and easy to maneuver.
