I’ve been to this restaurant twice. The first visit was great, which made me want to come back, but the second time was disappointing. The food was good, but the service fell short.

When the waitress took our drink orders, I asked for water. Everyone else received their drinks, but mine never came. When I reminded her, she said she would bring it later. I politely insisted, and she laughed before finally bringing it. Throughout the meal, we often had to raise our hands or call out to get her attention, because she rarely came by our table on her own. Later, another party joined our table, and when we asked for menus, the waitress told us to get them ourselves from the front counter. When we finished eating and asked for to-go cups for our pho, she also told us to grab them at the counter.

Overall, the food is about 3.5 stars out of 5, but the service, which was the main reason I came back, really fell short this time. The waitress wasn’t rude, but the way she handled things felt careless and unprofessional.

Authentic Vietnamese food

My family came in for a late dinner and it was a nice place to get some tasty food. Customer service, atmosphere, prices, portion, and taste were all great. I will definitely be returning again.

First-time customer, went in to try their Pho. I did enjoy it, broth could use more flavor, but it was good nonetheless. Will definitely return to try their other menu items.
