I went in for breakfast special I haven't had the experience of this particular Tom's but it was a good experience. The staff was nice and friendly. The tables and the eating area we're nice and clean.

What happened to this place, food taste like garbage

The food is always good quality and fresh, and the staff is normally pleasant, but this was the first time in years that I went inside to wat, and it was hot! Outside temperature was above 90 degrees, so the AC inside the restraunt should have been cooler!

The food is good but very very pricey 4 a burger joint u can find better deals @ red robin 4 the prices they have for instance a pastrami is about 16 to 17 dollars and u can literally go 2 the hat wich is a famous pastrami and sandwich shop and get the meal @ the hat for like 14 to 15 bucks and the hat is the bomb especially the chili cheese pastrami fries for like 10 to 12 bucks and @ toms the chili cheese pastrami fries cost the same as a pastrami toms and tams is over priced !

1st time to try and everything was soooo good! I'm going to be a regular customer for life now. In my humble opinion it's better than Denny's,etc.

Loved the old diner feel here. Combo fast food order and sit down service. Watch the cooks make your order if want to be sure it's fresh enough, lol.

Bad customer service rude cashier was so rude!would not come here again. To early in the morning for rude service Edna ,if you don’t like your job don’t work here don’t take it out on loyal customers my food was good but they served my pancakes and there was no syrup??? That’s ridiculous, Edna the cashier took my appetite away… more dirty tables nowhere to sit…
