Valentino’s USED to be an excellent pizza place!! NOW..they don’t even DESERVE a 1 star rating, absolutely horrible! Well over a 2 hour wait for an incomplete burnt ass order! $100+ dollars worth of disappointment. I DO NOT recommend this place anymore!

California Cooking it up
Very very dirty place definitely needs to be remodeled or just cleaned up, we ordered three topping pizzas. They brought out our pizzas with two toppings and said that they didn’t have the third item after they cooked it and brought it to us so we only got two top instead of three. Still charged us for everything instead of giving us a discount or at least our money back for the toppings

This restaurant is a gem in this desert! Home fresh Alfredo sauce and with exceptional customer service! I accidentally placed a wrong order and they swapped out the order for what I wanted on the spot. I didn't even ask them to they just did it. That was extremely kind of them. I've been here before and food has always been amazing. Thank you and I will be coming here again soon. Also I love the ambiance. It has a nice homely feeling to it!

Hands down the best pizza I’ve had. Perfect ratio of sauce and toppings not too greasy. Their quality and consistency is phenomenal. This place dumps on any chain pizza spot.
On August 3rd, 2024 a lady answered the phone and was rude and hung up on me when I asked what else they have besides pizza, like pasta etc... never going here told my family and friends too.

I just wish the person that takes the order washed his hands afte the money transaction before making the pizza and every time I'm in there they usually look at each other and laugh and then look my way, makes me feel like they're doing something to the food..

So unfortunately their pizza is alright. If you don't know what great pizza tastes like then you'll think this is good. I'm from Jersey and there is NO good pizza in the high desert. However the customer service is great and the people there are really nice. Pizza has too much sauce on it, too short and thick, not enough cheese. I'm going to add a photo of how a pizza SHOULD look. The photo I added is from my favorite pizza joint in Jersey. THAT is the perfect slice of pizza.

Fake energy, delayed small order of wet soggy salad, old wings mixed with new, and a small cheese pizza took them over an hour to make. Tatted head guy in the back shook his head at my order as if it was a problem. I sat it my car and waited 2 different times. When it was finally "ready" I wish I would've left it on the counter and never looked back.
