I ordered two Dave's singles extra pickles extra tomatoe and some more on the side with one large fry. They got that wrong. Then gave me one old dry Burgers with dry stale cheese, that had been sitting for a long time out the heat. Like that same ben for rejected food that's contained every night. These people is dirty (watch these people close) check your food at the counter. Anthony was my cashier

This is one of the most incredible Wendy’s I have ever stopped at. The store is clean, the crew is efficient and constantly moving. The manager has a great smile that will brighten your day. I spoke to her and told her how wonderful her store is. I was here late last night and now I’m here just after lunch since our rig is broken down. Great store. Keep doing what you’re doing because it’s working.

I've been coming to this wendy's for over 5 years; i'll give you my honest review.
I'm going to start off by saying Within these five years I am impressed  And happy with the morning staff They Is are respectful and kind I had never had any issues with that shift I love getting my four year old daughter breakfast from there. However The night shift Is another story. Worning to all female and men
If you  open your phone to access your wallet Be careful doing so; some May be offended If you are watching TikTok or Instagram or even youtube or even watching a TV show be careful They might refuse Service For example.  I had no problems with this shift but this last year I've noticed a very significant difference. I left my wallet home one day So I decided to open my phone to access my Digital wallet I unlocked it Immediately A very brief Nude scene I took it off immediately  Now I was watching spartacus on Netflix Those of you who know what show that is it's about gladiators This person which I will not say their name Out of respect
Even Though they didn't give me any. Well this person Said I was showing her  porn made it a big deal. The Second time I open my phone to access my wallet I unlocked my phone And a youtube video that was playing previous came on And it was.

All this person saw Was the lady's clevitch And said I was watching unappropriate things Which is not true  The third time I was watching a TikTok video waiting for them to come to the window I'm watching an artist draw fan art well anime And there she goes again Saying that I am brandishing inappropriate things And I had a dispute with one of the managers That's when they Threaten me If this happened again , they will not serve me Honestly speaking I have not done nothing wrong Will I start to documenting all My orders just in case. In these past five years I have had no problems with this wendy's But in.
This last year I have noticed a significant change I documented 27 order that where wrong I never went in side to fix it The sad part.Is it only happens when the manager who tried to throw me is there I've always noticed when my order's wrong.She's on the sideline trying to give me eye contact and smile Like she did something I always Brush it off But I take pictures of the receipt and my meal I have 27 of them. That manager is been trying to gas light me To coming in and making a scene that way she could refuse  Service But I never went inside and played  her game. But would hurt me the most Is what happened recently I pull
up and made my order I got to the window.They told me I have to 5 mins They're not accepting cash. Well that's all I had Without being I got back in line I pulled up again Then they tell me I havr to wait 7 mins Okay I do so I pull up one more time And that manager Who don't like me Is laughing And when she's done laughing, she tells me.Sorry you have to wait another ten minutes She was laughing She knew it Is exactly who I was So I get back in line and I give about four to face car space That way i'm not blocking the line She send someone for me to move When i'm not blocking anyone  That was her kinda reaching So I backed up another five car space Almost.
Ten cars could probably fit in front of me She sent him out there just to push me I don't know she has some type of Authority complex I have no idea I get back in line Order my food again When Handed me my meal That manager Peaked out her head In the back Gave me eye contacts And Smiled and started to laugh at me I knew that my meal might be messed with When I pulled out Receiving my meal I Ran out of fuel because I sat for thirty seven minutes I had to push my car to the pump there at the pilot I get to my truck and turns out my food was not correct again i went into emotional state Because i've been tormented for the past six months Is constantly getting my orders wrong o

This is the absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The overnight crew at this specific location is extremely unprofessional and lazy. Every time I come here my order is never correct. They forget parts of my order because they’re too busy talking to each other rather than making my food. They have people waiting around an unnecessarily excessive amount of time. The app lets me order for drive thru but when I arrive I’m told to come inside. General Manager: start popping up on your staff at night because this is unacceptable. I gave y’all one last try tonight, but y’all did it again. Stood around talking after I placed my order and these fries taste horrible.

On 4/24/2024, I encountered the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered when visiting this location. I ordered a Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bag with regular nuggets and an Iced Coffee Black (no cream/no sugar) like I normally do when I visit this location 3 to 4 times a week. When I got to the DriveThru window, I sat at the window for 5 to 7 minutes waiting for an employee to collect payment from me. When they started handing my order to me there was a slight issue as my coffee had not been prepared correctly and the night manager didn't seem to care when I brought the issue to his attention as he refused to make my coffee correctly. I ended up visiting another Wendy's in the area to get the issue corrected as this location clearly does not understand customer service. I will be letting my friends and family know about my experience and directing them to patronize other local Wendy's locations as this location needs a total night staff revamp in order to be successful, since its current night crew is incompetent. There is a reason I get no sugar/cream in my coffee, and that is because of a medical condition I have. In closing, I will not be returning to this location unless significant changes are made as the night staff are the reason it's slow at night.Update:On 5/28/2924, 5/29/202, and 5/30/2024 I visited this location between l 3am and 4am and their drive thru and I was told their drivethru was closed. Why be open 24/7 if you're not going to have your drive-thru open 24/7. Some of us need drive-thru as we're not able to go inside. This location needs all new staff, including new management, who understand customer service.
