Came to this location and a trans looking fellow tried charging me a 40 dollar order when I had just gotten a combo and never gave me my drink, I’m very disappointed in this location and the services that they provided to me. Nothing short of shameful

Very small food portions . I got a backed potato. It was supost to be loaded but it only had peper and some green stuff. The food was very expensive and the nuggs are tiny. So i dont know what needs to happen but you guys are not on it . The youger people people did seem more polite/ nice.

Its never been busy when i go and they still be forgetting to give u your whole order , i think they have short term memory 3 times already they always forget to give me something from my order

i always come here because i love wendy’s nuggets! but i hate having to deal with one specific staff here. His/their name is Ruby? Or Rudy? not too sure. But he/they always have an attitude when working. please leave that attitude at home. no one wants to deal with it either.

Fries are the most important.... This trip was in the afternoon I had a buy one get one for a dollar coupon. The chicken sandwich was okay kind of plain.... I ordered the ghost pepper sauce to put on it and made it a whole lot better. But the fries... smh. The box was halfway filled in the fries were limp..... This was disappointing because sometimes I come here after my son gets off work at 10:00 and the fries are the best... Fresh Hot Krispy never had a problem at night.

Parking: Everytime I go to this Wendy's every time I asked for the orange frosty there machine was always out I returned multiple times with no success. I've tried on both recent times for specially this offer.. Disappointing

I paid for a $5 drink because it’s hot out and I’ve been craving this lemonade just for them to mainly fill it with ice. I took 2 drinks and that’s the level it’s at. I’m so disappointed and frustrated because not everyone’s income is great and something like this is a nice treat for me and all I got was ice. I’m not good at confrontation either so no I did not call to complain. It is disheartening that my drink is mainly ice for five dollars though.
