The old people that work here are so slow even the store manager just standing around on his phone not doing nothing while his employees struggle to stay caught up with the two orders the 6 staff members had what a disaster, NEED TO HIRE YOUNGER AND MORE WILLING PEOPLE.

15-20 mins wait for food! Why have a drive thru! It means nothing! Every time I get asked to wait in the parking lot. Half the time I see cars behind me leaving and not waiting. Four cars passed this time. I order two meals. Don’t ask for anyone to wait in the parking area when they went thur the drive thru. It really felt punished, last time they had moldy fries. Super hangry review because I had to wait 20 mins only to see my food fall on the floor because the staff shoved everything in one bag and they couldn’t close it. Every time they have made us wait for our food in the parking lot.
Super disappointed in the response from the staff. They never step up and make it right. They only make you feel bad for ordering it in the first place.

Except for them being out of Boo Books and kids meals box drinks it was a typical Wendy's. They did however, offer frostys and cups of punch to compensate which we greatly appreciated. Service was friendly and good.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I Just went five minutes ago I paid 25 cents for one ranch even though I paid for $30 of food.. two meals with chicken nuggets and they forgot the sauce it comes with for free and the fries were cold Night ruined and very unprofessional manager

Came to this Wendy’s, cuz the Wendy’s by Vallarta had the worst customer service. This Wendy’s had less people surrounding the drive through & one person in the front. Great customer service, fresh food & clean dining area. Thank you guys for making up for the other Wendy’s. No regrets here.

All the Wendy's in Vegas are terrible! I mean horrible!!! So, when driving to LA and back this, Wendy's is my go-to!!!! The food is like old school Wendy's! Hot, fresh, and delicious! Food is made with some love and consideration. Friendly staff. Cleanliness, a number one value of the place, pays off. My favorite, two Jr. Bacon's no tomatoes add pickle and onion! 🍔🤗

Horrible. Came through late night drive through and the entire order was fouled up. They just gave us whatever was laying around. Like 3 baked potatoes that weren't ordered. $130 on food nobody wanted and wasnt ordered. Never again.
