Their service is good 95% of the time. Fries are good when cooked right. The burgers taste good. The croissant breakfast sandwiches are good, as well as the breakfast wedges. I recommend picking up in the drive thru. When you go inside to pick up an online order, you seem to be second fiddle to drive thru, and I always end up waiting. Had an online order one time that I went inside for and waited over 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries. The manager finally stepped in and got got my order and apologized. As I got 2 blocks away, I realized they gave me a wrong burger completely with stuff on their I couldn't stand. I had to turn around and go back. By this time, yes, I was very upset. Made me late. I asked to be contacted by them on a review request. Never heard word one. I'm not happy about that. I'm trying to be nice and not give them a 3 star for the one horrible experience and slow service when I go inside. Would love to hear from them and know they actually care. This place and Sonic you ask to be contacted about a problem and never ever hear word one. Not a good example of great customer service.

I ordered a burger on Door Dash from this place only to get the opposite of what I ordered. This is a very bad issue, since Door Dash doesn't even refund half of the cost of the damn thing. I ordered mushroom burger, no bacon. Instead I get a double drenched in crazy amounts of ketchup and mayo (I absolutely despise the taste of mayo) and 4 pieces of bacon. I guess $20 an hour isn't enough for them to do their job. The past few days were really hard on me, and I thought Wendy's would make me feel better, but apparently I was wrong.

found BUGS inside of my toddlers jr cheeseburger, to be specific there was AT LEAST 5 fly's embedded into the patty of my cheese burger. I also received HORRIBLE customer service, after telling the employee at the cash register there was bugs inside of the burger they said "sucks to suck, it's summer" 1 STAR.

If you buy takeout, check your food. There are a couple of times when I run out of food and make sure you ask for the accessories because if you don't, they will be missing.

Knew they'd be busy and I was in a hurry, so I ordered ahead with the app, only for them to not actually start the order until I got there. Watched so many people go through the drive through, while 15 minutes later I'm still waiting for my food, I ordered nearly 30 minutes ago through the app.
