I ordered a burger on Door Dash from this place only to get the opposite of what I ordered. This is a very bad issue, since Door Dash doesn't even refund half of the cost of the damn thing. I ordered mushroom burger, no bacon. Instead I get a double drenched in crazy amounts of ketchup and mayo (I absolutely despise the taste of mayo) and 4 pieces of bacon. I guess $20 an hour isn't enough for them to do their job. The past few days were really hard on me, and I thought Wendy's would make me feel better, but apparently I was wrong.

found BUGS inside of my toddlers jr cheeseburger, to be specific there was AT LEAST 5 fly's embedded into the patty of my cheese burger. I also received HORRIBLE customer service, after telling the employee at the cash register there was bugs inside of the burger they said "sucks to suck, it's summer" 1 STAR.

Knew they'd be busy and I was in a hurry, so I ordered ahead with the app, only for them to not actually start the order until I got there. Watched so many people go through the drive through, while 15 minutes later I'm still waiting for my food, I ordered nearly 30 minutes ago through the app.

I’m very disappointed with the person who was answering the phone because she was incredibly rude for no reason, and when I finally went to get the Krabby Patty meal, it was just mid, literally a burger with sauce but I was hoping it would have something else to make it actually special.

Placed a mobile order on the app, ordered 2 of the krabby patty meals and a single krabby patty burger. Delivery driver was great and efficient. But that would be where the pros end. After opening the bags we noticed we were missing a burger. Called the store to check what happened they said they “ran out” of the krabby patties when its just a Dave's single with thousand island sauce. Said I could go back the next day and pick one up. Asked for a refund but they kept asking if i wanted to pick up a burger the next day and finally agreed. Then we go to eat our food, we check our burgers and they’re just dave singles not even the krabby patty sauce. Also ordered 20pc spicy honey bbq nuggets and 20pc spicy ghost pepper ranch nuggets. The only thing they got correct on my order were the 20pc spicy honey bbq nuggets. All the food was freezing cold, the frosties were all melted. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of everything as an ex employee of this location.

This might be the worst fast food restaurant that I've ever been to. I waited inside at the front of the line for ten minutes to get my order taken. I do understand that it was busy but honestly, it just seemed like nobody cared and were annoyed that I wasn't using the self serve kiosk. (I was paying cash so I couldn't use it)
When I finally got my order taken, the girl again seemed annoyed at me for no reason. I ordered a ten piece honey BBQ nuggets and only received 8. I took a picture so you could see that they didn't even really put the sauce on them all that well. And then they gave me the wrong burger. I wanted a Dave's triple combo and got a baconator. I mean, I should have checked but I didn't.
The restaurant was a complete disaster. It was disgusting inside that place. There's no chance I would sit down and eat there, ever. Trash on the floors and tables that look like they haven't been wiped down in a cool minute.
I don't really go out of my way to do negative reviews but this Wendy's is bad. Hopefully, someone sees this and makes the changes necessary to ensure that your customers have a good experience. I will not go back to that Wendy's because of how unclean it was. If the inside of the restaurant is THAT bad, I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. I'm tempted to not eat this food that I just purchased because of how nasty it was inside of there.
Anyways, sorry for the negative review but, that store really needs to do better. I am simple. I just want to get my food and leave. I'm not expecting a grand five star experience at a fast food place but I do expect the place to be clean and my order to at least be correct when I get home.

It was dirty. The beverage machine sprayed my husband and daughter with the HiC syrup, when they jumped out of the way the spray shot half way across the room. Tried notifying staff and they didn't care and just said *ok* .... both my husband and daughters clothes are ruined. When we got home and gave my daughter a bath, her face was still stained orange.
