I was a little disappointed when I left the drive thru and realized I was missing half my order. Granted it was very busy. We pulled around and let them know and to my surprise they owned up to it, upsized my drinks and gave me a free 10 piece. Forget not making a mistake in the first place, when a chain can make a mistake and own up to it to make sure their customers are taken care of, that's a place im coming back to.

Their service is good 95% of the time. Fries are good when cooked right. The burgers taste good. The croissant breakfast sandwiches are good, as well as the breakfast wedges. I recommend picking up in the drive thru. When you go inside to pick up an online order, you seem to be second fiddle to drive thru, and I always end up waiting. Had an online order one time that I went inside for and waited over 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries. The manager finally...
