Very rude worker. Talking back to other customers coming in. We asked for our order was told 8 more minutes three time. We had already waited 45 minutes before heading over to pick up . Worker said that the online says 45-48 minutes but that it’s a 2 hr wait. They need to update their system. And they didn’t have many customers in side.

The staff who helped us was very helpful and kind. However, the floors were filthy, tables dirty and bathroom had zero stock no paper towels, no TP or soap and also dirty! The food was good but unfortunately took almost 1 hour to get our food and there were no other people eating in the whole place so not sure what took so long to cook one small order. Definitely won't be ever going back to this location.

I used to go to Wingstop all the time for the tenders. I've mostly stopped going cause the quality has reduced significantly. I don't know what happened but, the chicken quality is close to what I can find in the frozen section of a Walmart.They were also 40 minutes late on my online order but, it was a Friday at dinner time so, it's whatever.

Placed an online order and picked it up and the wings were so small and spoke to Christian the manager and he took care of the issue right away and had great customer service, it was nice to feel appreciated as a customer!

I order bone in classic wings and forgot to check my order before I left and when I got home . I got all tenders chicken smh. They can’t even get a simple order right .I had made my order on 12-12-23 at 4:30pm. Terrible!!!!

The food is amazing, people who dine in have to wait at least 40 minutes to get their food as all online orders get made before. Customer service is horrible, most and if not all employees are rude and somewhat disrespectful.

Add 15-20 minutes to the quoted time they give you. I’m three for three on have to wait quite a while past the 30-35 minutes to get 10 wings. I’ve waited 25 mins in store once…AND I SHOWED UP LATE. Sucks when you aren’t expecting it. I should be by now.
