I went here today 7/1/2024 a young lady and young man were the servers. I wasn't greeted upon entering that's fine ? I guess. He was busy but not really she was filling a order. The young lady helped me, I ordered a double and for 12.00 Dollars I should have gotten way more ice cream. Someone needs to teach her how to pack ice cream because the Baskin Robbins in San Fernando packs it so fat with ice cream I don't mind paying that Ridiculous price!!! I tried to get a napkin from the napkin holder but whomever filled the container, Over stuffed it. And I couldn't get any out it was jammed, she was standing right there and didn't offer any help or napkin. And the funny thing to me is they have NERVE to have a TIP BUTTON!!!! For what ?♀️ you get paid a salary anything else such as a tip is a bonus for over extending yourself with general courtesy and human kindness neither did I get. I wish I would pay your lazy, nonchalant butt a TIP!! ?? But here's one, try being a good hostess, doing your job with exceptional performance and go above the customers needs. That would make a person want to come back!! There's competition on every corner remember that the next time you chase a huge tipper away!! Your Lost Gurl friend ?????

I had my last 2 scoops of Baskin Robbins here today. Knowing that I would never-ever pay such a ridiculous price ever again, I relished every spoonful. I spent a good portion of my teenage years at this location, slinging scoops for a mere $.75 cents a scoop, and I got complaints weekly about how outrageous that price was compared to Thrifty's $.25 cents a scoop. My hourly pay then was $3.35 an hour, followed by a $.25 cent raise as acting manager before departing. Now it's $9.99 for two scoops, but $8.99 for a pre-packed quart? That sounds a bit spiteful on management's end. No...it sounds like my last visit to Baskin Robbins.
